Took my truck in to repair the blower motor and oil sending unit. First week everything worked fine. 2nd week blower started cutting in and out. Took truck back. They couldn’t find the problem so they recommended I change the alternator (which is brand new because I changed it recently). That didn’t make sense. I ended up taking the blower motor out myself and testing it. The blower worked fine but they put the old resistor back in. They have vehemently denied any wrongdoing and refused to give me the refund on the resistor that they were supposed to change. Wont be returning and I highly advise anyone using them while they charge for parts that they aren’t changing.

Blaze is the man. He and his staff are the best people. They're knowledgeable, reliable, very fast in their work, and more than fair when it comes to price.

BEWARE NEW OWNER! As a loyal customer of 27 years, I took my truck in to get the brake rotors changed and run a test on the battery/alternator. The prices here have always been high, but I have always been a "you-get-what-you-pay-for" kind of guy. After paying over $1000 to have my brake rotor and pads changed, I got to work the next day and notice this insane raddling sound coming from my front tire. The tech had broken the hub cap that covered the lugs and had placed one of the screws inside the cap before bolting the broken cap back to my truck. It sounded like loose change in a dryer. Disappointed they had not told me they broke the cap, I called to bring the cap by and discuss its replacement but was greeted by 5 techs and told the cap was broken beforehand and that the screw was NOT left in the cap - but that I must have done that myself. Needless to say, after 27 years it's time for a divorce. After a thousand-dollar brake job and getting laughed at like in National Lampoons Vacation - when the mechanic asks Clark Griswald, "how much you got?" I guess I will find a new shop. Great Shop. Poorly managed. Disappointed life-long customer.

Very professional quality and efficient service! 100% recommend. We are doing a cross-country trip from coast to coast, and stopped at Blaze's to get the car checked and make sure everything was good. Going to keep them in mind for next time!

I have made three trips to see these people at Blaze's Automotive for three different reasons. They have been some of the best people I've ever dealt with. Quality and trustworthy are the main themes I would use with them. I have looked for a mechanic for a long time. These guys I trust.

I cannot say enough about Blaze's! Our vehicle broke down last Dec. 21st and had it towed to Blaze's the following morning. This was just one day before they were to close for the holiday. They were able to get us up and running again in record time! Great service and great customer service! Our long time mechanics had just retired, so I'm here to tell you that Blaze's definitely has our business and we highly recommend them to everyone!! 😀

Actions speak so loud!! When a company stands behind their product that SHOWS they believe in what they do. UNFORTUNATELY this company DOES NOT!!! What kind of automotive repair company can’t install break pads……not ONLY ONCE but TWICE!!!!! First time we brought the car back and they had to do some “adjustments” my mom’s car was not stopping in a timely fashion. SECOND time the rotors were put on BACKWARDS!!!!!! Huge Thanks to STREET TOYOTA for identifying this MISTAKE during my mom’s tire rotation and quickly fixing this DANGEROUS situation!!! It ANGERS me that Blaze will not refund my 70 year old Mother even after Street Toyota documented the MISTAKES that Blaze made. So grateful that my mom or my family was not seriously injured due to the NEGLIGENCE of Blaze Automotive. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Put new brakes and pads on in February. Went back in July. They said rotors and pads needed to be replaced they said defected then in September I was on vacation and I was having a very hard time to get it to stop. Took it to my dealership and they said the brakes were put on incorrectly and we were very lucky we were not in an accident! Called Blaze they said they would not give me a partial refund. He said I should have brought it back to them there was a warranty???? Why the heck would I trust them when they already had two chances to make it right!!!! Shame on YOU.l I absolutely Do NOT recommend this company!

Our 23 year old Honda CR-V was overheating and we feared that the engine was damaged since it was making a strange noise. Blaze's found the problem, a split thermostat bypass hose. I suspect the ruptured hose is what was making the noise. They replaced the hose and didn't charge us, not even a diagnostic fee! I can't thank them enough!

Had a lighting issue that ended up being a pinched wire, they fixed it incredibly quickly and didn't charge me due to the simplicity. Very fair and honest!

Well this is my 1st time there. Unfortunately it's taking a long time to get my jeeps parts. Just over 3 weeks now🤷🏻♂️. I would like to add that they do give discounts if you pay in cash. My savings was substantial.

⭐ 5 Stars — Honest, Thorough, and Saved Me Thousands! This place is AMAZING, hands down!! I took my vehicle to another shop (which shall remain nameless), and they told me to “just face it” — apparently, Dodge engines fail more often than not — and quoted me around $12,000 for a replacement. To make it worse, they still charged me a full diagnostic fee for basically saying, “your motor is bad by the sound of it,” and wanted another $800+ just to look further into the cam shaft/cam phaser. Then I brought my vehicle to Blaze’s Automotive, and what a night-and-day difference. They actually took the time to inspect the engine properly and discovered that someone had sabotaged my motor, which was the real cause of the problem. Now I have a claim — and they saved me $12,000 from an unnecessary engine replacement. On top of that, they were fair with pricing and didn’t even want to charge me the full diagnostic fee because they understood what I’d already been through. This kind of honesty and integrity is rare. Thank you SO MUCH, Blaze’s Automotive, for taking care of me the right way!

If you want a shop you can trust, these guys are amazing. They only do the work that needs to be done, they don’t upsell or try to squeeze you for every penny. They do the work you ask of them and nothing more - and it’s nice to not be heckled or feeling like you’re being taken advantage of. Communication is on point, everything has been a great experience with these guys. I will always take my car here and I recommend everyone do the same.

The water pump went out on our 2012 Ford Explorer while we were at our daughter’s house in Canyon. We decided to have it towed to Blaze’s Automotive in Amarillo instead of trying to get it back to Lubbock. The girl in the office, Shaylee, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Within days we had our car back and everything was great! We are extremely happy with the service we received and would highly recommend Blaze’s Automotive to anyone needing car repairs. Thanks!
