Great service, rebuilt my alternator for about half the cost of a new one. Double checked everything and very fast same day service. Also have "seconds" batteries for around $50, great price if your in need but can't afford $100 or more for brand name new. Will definitely return!!!

Obvious to me that the experience , talent , knowledge needed to have a successful business doing electrical repairs is no longer at this place of business. I made an appointment explained my issue with a basic charging issue and my alternator. Dropped my vehicle off only to be called and told they don't want to work on my vehicle. I go to pick it up and my new batteries are to low to start my truck and leave.. What a confusing mess of an experience

Sorry not Sorry!! Within this line of work or any one should be as honest as one can & this is where the ball dropped. The receipt for the work done is half 🫏 due to lack of info. Then what it does state is that I paid alot for a little to fule this!!! Leaving a place like this I shouldn't have other issues like lights coming on & or lighter sockets not working though they were!?!

After 200 complimentary reviews I have to write a negative one. I bought 6 deep cell batteries from Erie Batteries 10 weeks ago to the amount of $985.00. Today 10 weeks later I tried to return 1 because the threaded terminal had melted off of the battery. Keep in mind I just installed 6 batteries, 12 terminals, and the other 11 are fine. At first they told me I had over tightened it then they told me I didn't tighten it enough. They then tested the battery and said that it tested fine and they couldn't take it back. He said "There is another clamp terminal that you can use with a different cable". I asked him, are you going to give me that cable? He said "No, that will be around $15.00". I turned around and walked out.

My wife and I had set out from Cincinnati in our 1948 Hudson Commodore headed toward North Salem, New York and participation in the 2018 Great American Mountain Rally Revival, a European-style road rally event featuring an assortment of vintage and modern automobiles. As we neared Cleveland, Ohio our first sign of trouble appeared when the "AMP" light came on to let me know the battery was being starved. I pulled out all of my tricks but by the time we reached Erie, PA we decided to spend the night. I got online and found Erie Batteries, Alternators, Starters, LLC. The next morning we pulled into their parking lot at 7:15am. The "OPEN" sign was already beckoning us in. I explained my plight to Charley and he immediately invited me to pull the car in for closer inspection. Charley, Troy and the team inspected both the generator on the car and my spare. They also examined the voltage regulator on the car and my spare. Within three hours they had rotated the electrical automotive Rubic's Cube until all the pieces lined up perfectly. Our road rally dreams were reborn and off to New York we went. The car performed flawlessly throughout the rally (we finished second in our class) and got us back home to Cincinnati without any further incident. I couldn't see them beneath those uniform shirts but somewhere in there those guys were sporting angel's wings that chilly Thursday October morning when they saved our plans. You guys are the best! 2000 Silverado Ignition Issues I had trouble with the truck starting, researched it and traced the issue to the ignition switch. I was advised to go to EBAS by my mechanic. I called and dropped my truck off on the fly. Got a call my truck was done, picked it up and was a happy man with two dogs drooling out the window. I highly advise you to take your vehicle's electrical issues to EBAS the first time and avoid any and all headaches. EABS stands by their work 100%.
