I brought my dads car because 1 year ago he had paid 1070 dollars to replace the A/C components i understand it had no warranty but you don’t expect to have a break down in only a year when you paid over a thousand dollars for what i was told the car had a leak it needed some O rings and a valve replaced and a recharge paid 200 dollars which seemed a little high but i was like if that will give me cold air thats fine paid the 200 went home and the A/C was blowing the same air i told the owner he said maybe its your cabin air filter went right away to O’reilly to buy one and replaced still the air it was blowing not cold enough came back the next day and told me it was the A/C blower now imagine saving 1370 dollars and replacing what was the real issue which was the A/C blower. When these parts were replaced the owner Rony told me no rings were replaced only parts are you kidding me. Not going there ever again.

Took my truck here to do a Brake job, they convinced me into fixing my wheel bearing witch I bought the parts from Autozone & took them here. not even two weeks later my wheel bearing was sounding very bad had to take my truck back Ronnie told me that he will just adjust the bearing & it will be fine till I make an appointment, so I made an appointment & when I get there he’s blaming it on the parts that I purchased & making me pay for them to fix the job the messed up. I will be contacting BBB also because they need to improve there actions.

Took my 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT for an exhaust mainfold broken bolt and a potential exhaust leak. I was told by a dealership that I needed a new exhaust mainfold due to an exhaust leak due to the broken bolt. I took my vehicle for a 2nd opinion to ERJ and would strongly recommend this business to anyone. My vehicle was inspected and no leak was found. They removed the broken bolt and replaced my exhaust gaskets for an extremely great deal. My van runs like a champ. Would recommend this place to anyone needing auto repair service outstanding staff.

PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICES !I am very disappointed with this shop. I took my car in two weeks ago to have both axels replaced. A hour job took them a week to complete the job. Even furthermore my car broke down again two weeks later. I called them to see if they can look at my car for no cost because I knew for a fact they did something wrong with my car. The manager was very unhelpful he told me that they will charge me for services when it was they fault .poor customer service you think.I pulled off my front tires and noticed that my right brake caliper was dangling .why? Because when they put my car back together and not tighten the screws to my brakes and they came out while I was on the freeway. Negligence much. So I will be filing a complaint with better business bearu ,and I also will be filling a lawsuit with my attorney against your buissines. You guys have not heard the last from me!

It seems like there are some mixed reviews about ERJ, but my experience was completely positive. I am from Georgia, and my A/C in my 2009 Honda CRV took a dump in the desert near Barstow while I was driving from Los Angeles to Las Vegas. While in Las Vegas, we had a relative who works for a mechanic take a look. He checked out the systems manually, and recharged it, which didn't help. He suspected the compressor was bad, but he wasn't sure. I was going to take it to the dealer, but I got the runaround and they were "too busy". We were only going to be in Las Vegas 2 days, so we were in kind of a hurry. We found ERJ on the internet. We took it to them and they ran a diagnostic which took around 1/2 an hour and I think about $85. They told me they were certain it was the compressor, it would take the rest of the day (until 6 PM) and the estimate was $758 parts and labor. Since they were doing the work, the diagnostic fee was waived. We took an Uber back to the hotel and spent the afternoon in the pool with the kids. Around 5:45 we Ubered back to ERJ. Our car was ready as promised for $758 ($400 deposit was paid, and the balance of $358 upon completion). I've waited a month to write a review because I wanted to make sure there were no problems. My AC has been working great. I wanted to write a review because some places seem to take advantage of tourists with exorbitant prices. ERJ was great, doing the work on-time and at a very fair price. I'm glad I found them, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

They claimed we had an oil and coolant leak, after the tearing down of the engine they also claimed the fix would be to replace my water pump, seals and some hoses. Once the truck was ready to pick up, the first thing I noticed was the radiator cover wasn't put back right, and was missing most of the retainer clips. It had a noise from the engine that started around 40mph. they changed the oil without asking for what weight oil I use. We had to bring it back several times for them to "fix" things, never really finding where the leak came from. The last time we took if in before we left to go out of town, they said the actual leak was from the power steering pump. we left it with them one more time to replace the said items. Picked it up and left on our trip. after our road trip and before returning home the oil wasn't even reading on the dipstick. Had to do an oil change before we left to return home and we still had a substantial leak. Once we could be seen by our trusted Garage, they brought to our attention the lack of work that had been down compared to the receipt we showed him from ERJ Auto. And we proceeded to have the engine torn down again, just to replace everything they had claimed to have fixed. Due to my lack of trust with ERJ Auto I was no longer willing to go back to see if they could make things right. only to give us our money back on the Parts if not the whole of service. Do NOT recommend

Love these guys! Had an issue with my headlight bulb. Ran all over town to try to get it fixed and these guys had the patience, knowledge, and expertise to get it done. They will tell you exactly what needs to be done at a fair price. You may have to go get the part-but totally recommend this company.

Not a good Experience at the place , Took first time with oxygen sensor problems with paper in hand showing . They kept my car for one week straight without saying anything… After that it was fuel pump , 3 more days and i spent almost $700 plus $90 inspections. Came back check engine still on after left the shop. 2 days later i dropped the car back … Took it back they said they had to drive the car to see if the sensors will read and everything will be good ! After one day i went there cause they said it was good took the car and while driving to work on that same day , the lights went back on . I took back to the shop and now they charged me again for inspection, labor and the oxygen sensor that i told them at the beginning! I dont know what to tell you besides go somewhere else.

CHARGED ME 1300 TO FIX 3 THINGS ON MY CAR.. KEPT THE CAR 4 HOURS THEN TOLD ME HE NEEDED AN EXTRA 700 TO FIX SOMETHING ELSE… I OPTED TO TAKE MY CAR BACK.. THE OWNER HID IN THE RESTROOM FOR OVER 30 MINUTES TO AVOID GIVING ME AN INVOICE SO I LEFT… IM FROM CALIFORNIA SO I CALLED HIM FOR THE INVOICE AND HE SAID HE ONLY FIXED ONE MINOR THING AND NEVER THE MAJOR PARTS FOR WHICH HE CHARGED ME FOR!!… HE STILL HAS NOT PROVIDED ME WITH INVOICE OF THE WORK HE CLAIMED TO NOT HAVE DONE… I HAVE DISPUTED THE CHARGES WITH MY BANK AND HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT AGAINST HIS SHADY BUSINESS… MY MECHANIC SAID HE DID NOT FIX ANYTHING NOR TOUCHED THE CAR… PLEASE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO FIX YOUR CAR… THIS MAN PRETENDS TO BE A GOOD PERSON BUT IS NOTHING BUT A SCAMMER… LOOK UP OTHER REVIEWS WHERE OTHERS ARE CLAIMING THE SAME AS ME..

Ok..I was referred to this establishment by a good friend. I called at 9 am and asked for an estimate the receptionist took down my information and I was supposed to get a call from some one with the estimate. At 12 pm I called back and another person asked the same questions, I gave the same answers. Called back at 2 pm...called back again at 3pm...no estimate. How long does it take to get an estimate for a alignment, CV boot and innerntie rod? So, no. They need to train these people or close the shop because it doesn't take this long as a BUSINESS to respond to a potential customers request. No one even called back to apologize for the communication issues.

Brought my car for a mechanical problem,They broke my turn signal lever and dared to tell me it was already broken! took NO responsibility. They fixed it but gave me such a hard time, after that they sold me on two catalitics that are not for my vehicle, and didn't even need it,thinking they know what they are doing , I accepted, now my car has serious catalytic problems, had to take my car to a different shop which told me how unprofessional ERJ's work is. They said and I quote " this work seems just like if a child did it" there is so much to say but no need, my point is do NOT get work done here. This place does not know what they are doing.its beyond me how this place is even in business. On the image I'm showing the notes of a real auto shop and those are their notes. They state how unprofessional ERJ's work is. Do NOT bring your car problems here...you will leave with more problems than you came with.
