I can not thank the roadside crew, the tow truck driver, and the dispatch team enough for the effort that they put in to see that my critical load was delivered. We were put OOS at the California point of entry weigh station for a trailer bushing. The mechanics worked tirelessly to disassemble and assess the situation with the stabilizer bushing. In the end they said parts would need to be ordered and my delivery window would close losing me my account. I asked if they would tow the trailer with the rear axel suspended by chains 214 miles to the Anaheim convention center. They agreed to do it and my trailer was released to them. In route an air bag blew and a tire started smoking. Most companies would have required roadside assistance to come out and fix it but we were able to get it safely the last 25 miles with out incident. Thank you to the dispatch team for coordinating all of the efforts. Worth every penny, super highly recommended. Friends for life.

I'd give this worthless company one star if i could. $1500 to replace and airline and a wheel seal. did even make it 100 miles seal blew out and ruined brakes and oil everywhere. wouldn't refund more then $300 bucks. lady in the office was complete jerk Run far far away from this company.

Awful experience, I was charged 8 hours of labor to replace a sensor & after issuing payment they claimed the payment was invalid bc it was paid by credit card on a email link they sent & went ahead and ripped the parts apart from our truck which only took them 30 mins to unistall I had to get the police involved & our vehicle towed as they ripped the airlines & left the old parts on the floor I will be filing a criminal for vandalism & civil case against them.

Raul is the best.saves the day..my truck started leaking coolant by the def doser around 10pm..called in for the road service..Raul arrived on the scene within hour and quickly determine the cause of the coolant leak..found the small T connector is cracked..By the time All the dealers are closed ..He called in its office to check if they have this part available..luckily they have one in stock..office ppl delivered the part on scene within hour..as soon as part arrived Raul quickly connected all the coolant fittings and refill with new coolant..within 3 hours back on road..highly recommend LV road tec.

Horrible experience. Do not use them! They seem nice at first and say they will try to get there earlier but they will be late. 4 hours past what they say. They showed up 6 hours later then I called them. Kept saying he was close. Their tech took way longer than he should have, if their tech takes longer those hours will be billed to you. It should have taken 1 hour but took 5 hours to finish the job. Their tech was over worked and having a heat stroke. I stepped in to give him a hand to install and remove one tires before he passed out on the floor. I rushed to get him waiter and used my towel to get him an ice pack together for his head. I told their dispatch and they didn’t seem to concerned. He kept saying he was trying to get someone else out but kept working. After speaking to their dispatch about what was going on making sure if he needed medical attention, they said they would get me a discount from their manager. After I got the bill it was $200 more than they quoted me. They said “As you may know we reduced the hrs our tec was there due to the heat exhaustion he went through we didn’t add more hrs than needed” they still charged me 2 hours. So their discount was not charging me for the hours I helped and aided to their tech. So it would of been about $1600 when originally quoted $1100. Don’t use these people if you don’t what to overcharged.

Today our truck suddenly got air leaking by secondary air tank air line, we pulled over on the I15, luckily we met mechanic Ruben, he check truck for us, and fix it really fast, and the rate is very fair. Also dispatch Danela is very helpful. We keep the number, and we highly recommend this road service company, you shouldn’t miss it when you need road service around Las Vegas.
