Worst experience I have ever had with a body shop, not only was the work not up to par but I was told it would be 5 days when I dropped it off and they did not have it done for 3 1/2 weeks and then left dents in a brand new bedside and scratch marks under the paint from not doing the prep work correctly. I owned a body shop for 17 years and I know what good body work is and what bad work is. Not only that but the attitude of the owner, Jonny, was one of the poorest I have ever seen as a businessman, he could not have been more unprofessional. I would warn everybody to stay away. PS: this is my first and only one star negative review I have ever left, hopefully that gives you an idea of how bad I think they are.

This place is absolutely AWESOME! They beat everyone's prices by far! They did a GREAT job on my bumper replacement. They matched the paint color perfectly! It took them only "one" day to get the part and repair my vehicle. The guys stayed late to finish my vehicle. The customer service was very professional. Great people to be around. Great service and great people to work with. Recently had my removable hardtop fixed and painted to match my car color. the color matched I would say 95%, which is pretty great given that my car is 14 years old. The only issue I had was the owner, who was very rude and hard to work with. If you decide to go here work with Moses.

If i could rate more than five stars i would! BEST car service in Vegas hands down!! had a really bad accident that left my car almost as a total loss and all other body shops prices were way too high ... but S&M auto body took me in gave me a free estimate and a really great price. They also brought my car in from my house no charge!!! towing was free and the wait was not long either because while my car was in the shop they gave me a rental for a great price as well. When i got back my car it was as if i never had an accident the work done was phenomenal! along with the amazing paint job professionally done i was amazed at just how new my car looked. Thanks S&M your the best!!!

I would just like to say the i shopped around for the perfect body shop to have my BMW M3 worked on. I was in need of my detachable convertible hard top painted. After speaking with Johnny I felt extremely comfortable to have him do the work. Once it was finished and went to pick it up the color match was excellent. On the day I moved from CA to Las Vegas NV my car was rear ended on the 215. Being brand new to the area I Google mapped S&M Collision Autobody. Sandy was very pleasant to work with. She carefully documented the damage, patiently worked with the other party’s insurance company to submit the supplemental estimate, and stayed on top of the claim to make sure payment was made on time. Johnny and his team quickly repaired the damage and perfectly matched the existing paint color. They also cleaned my Subaru inside and out!

I would bring my car back again for sure. This guys did an amazing outstanding custom job. Check out the before and after pictures. This is an 2013 ferrari track mode. Non a regular ferrari. They removed and installed parts making sure that every single detail end up factory quality. 100% recommended body shop. Thanks much to Jhonny and Moises for keeping up with the good stuff!!! Johnny and Sandy at S&M restored our 1993 Toyota Pickup and our FAITH in the Auto Body industry. After our son had an accident, the front driver fender and frame behind the wheel were damaged. This truck was purchased as a restoration project. We contacted several shops who advertised frame straightening. We selected another shop, gave them several thousand dollars for a deposit and experienced months of delays, excuses and run around. To our horror, the shop went out of business, didn’t contact us and kept both our money and the pickup. Here’s where Johnny comes in… Johnny of S & M Auto Body and Paint purchased the location and didn’t know whose vehicle were left behind. Once we connected with him, IMMEDIATELY, he called us back and went into action. (Sandy, the office manager, even advised us how to get our money back from the old shop!) Johnny and his employees were more than fair, extremely responsive and kept every promise and timeline to the best of their ability. They even went above and beyond and diagnosed some mechanical issues that arose, set up a window tint appointment, and ultimately deliver the truck back in fantastic condition. In addition to the fender, bumper and frame repair, we contracted with them to paint the entire truck. It’s a head turner now! We look forward to finishing the interior restoration now and will forever be grateful we found an honest, capable body shop in Las Vegas.

I backed into a car, and immediately called this shop. Suleiman told me not to worry and to drop the car off when I can and he will take care of it. Enterprise was right down the street, and 5 days later my car was ready. I needed a brand new bumper and he blended the color so well, you can't even tell anything happened. Highly recommend this shop, they have great customer service, provide quality work and worked seamlessly with my insurance.
