I have a 2007 low mileage Ford Taurus that was having transmission issues. Many shops here in Vegas will no longer work on these as I had found out. I was referred to Billy at Transmission Service Center from a business that repairs mostly Fords. They told me Billy was the best in town and they only use him for Transmission problems. I arrived at their very organized spotless shop and Billy diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote. He told me that he has worked on many Taurus Transmissions over the years and was very confident he could fix it. He gave me an estimate that I thought was extremely fair and told me to bring it in next week and it would take a few days to complete the job. Billy and his crew replace all of the electrical shift sensors inside the transmission which are about 5 in this very hard to get to transmission. While the transmission was being worked on they noticed that my drivers side axel needed to be replaced so I had them replace that also since it had to be removed to work on the Trans. Billy called me two days later and said I was all set and everything came out fine. The bill was exactly what Billy quoted me plus the cost for the axel which was very reasonable. I have lived in Vegas for 45 years and have never been treated better and felt more comfortable having my car worked on than I did at Transmission Service Center. Thanks Billy and crew for making me a customer for life. Car shifts and drives perfect.

I'm a retired former ASE master tech and while traveling through Vegas my wife's van had a transmission problem. Billy offered to replace a shift solenoid pack that would get us on the road quickly but we elected to have the transmission rebuilt. The price was quite reasonable and after picking it up it worked flawlessly as I expected from a quality shop. We couldn't be happier. So take this from a retired technician with 40+ years in the automotive industry this is a shop of the highest quality you can trust. I give them 5 stars plus.

Billy was a great guy to deal with! They diagnosed my vehicles noise symptoms to another component. Since it wasn’t a transmission or transfer case, we had to take the vehicle to another shop for repair. Billy wouldn’t accept any payment from me. I was referred to Royal Transmission shop by another shop, I called Billy up and finally was able to bring my car in, Billy is very knowledgeable and is properly equipped to diagnose a car. He ordered the part and had it done within a few hours. I'm very pleased and would give 10 stars. Royal Transmission Service Center is THE BEST transmission shop in Clark County- maybe even the entire state. From the moment you meet with Bill and his team, you are in great hands. Bill is a trustworthy man who won't try to upcharge you or perform unnecessary work to make a quick buck. He and his team will take the time to explain exactly what the issue is with your vehicle and Bill even showed me my transfer case and taken apart transmission mid-job to show me what went wrong and why he needed to fix certain components. Billy was a phenomenal and humble person to work with. I have been battling with an aftermarket clutch in my tenth gen civic, and after my release bearing finally gave out I decided to swap it back to OEM. Billy gave me very fair pricing, updated me throughout the whole process, and charged me extremely competitively. Despite some sourcing problems on my end and needing some extra parts, Billy was very patient throughout the whole process and still completed the swap in a quarter of the time it took the last shop. Billy and his team were super helpful and knowledgeable, and my Civic feels like it did when I first got it, I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone needing a swap from a racing kit or a service, these guys knocked it out the park.

Billy was incredibly honest and fair, he took the time to look into the issue and even tried to fix the problem before realizing it needed a specialized repair.
