I was rear ended in a low speed collision. I had to have the rear bumper replaced and the rear hatch repaired to my vehicle. I came to service king as it was recommended by my insurance. They estimated the job to be done in 7 days. It took them 3 days total to get the job done. Thank you for getting it done early.

Awesome job! Service King did a great job on my 2015 Dodge Ram it’s sad but it’s really hard to find a good place where you can get good service and great work when it comes to body shop thank god I decided to come here gabby treated me like family and Jim took care of the rest. Larry was the best! He really took the time to explain what was going on with my car. He called me to give status updates. Once I had a question and called him, had to leave a message. He called me back the same day! You usually don't get this type of service from auto mechanics. They also have a system that will text you the status of your repair. The front office woman was nice and very helpful. I was so pleased with my repair. My car was so banged up after the accident and now it looks and drives like nothing ever happened! Thank goodness for insurance and Service King :)

My Malibu was rear-ended. Brought it to Service King for repairs. The whole team did a great job. They make it a very easy process for the customer. Between me dropping my car off and picking my car up I probably spent maybe 5 minutes in total at the office. They are very helpful with providing information and help with insurance, ur rental vehicle, providing updates, etc.

Very satisfied with the repair on my vehicle. Jim kept me informed every single day, very friendly staff, receptionist is very nice, my car repair was so good that you could not even tell that it was damaged at all. I would highly recommend this company for many reasons. The prices are very reasonable, they get you in and out very fast, they set up the rental car arrangements for you, they keep you informed on your car's progress and again they are very kind and very nice and friendly.

Amazing service. Had previously gone to a different shop and left disappointed since they had made the damage worse than it was so I took my vehicle to this shop and the repair techs were professional and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond and were honest about what could and could not be done. I greatly appreciate the repair tech as well as the front-end service. Was completely satisfied with their work ethic. 100% would recommend this location to anyone without hesitation.

I brought my car in after an accident. They were not very clear on what I would need to do to get the car worked on, which caused a delay. They had my car for a month, and when I got it back, it broke down within 48 hours. I took it back to get fixed, and it immediately started giving me more problems. Every time I would call, they were rude and defensive. I had to bring it in a third time. They wouldn't acknowledge all the issues, including a check engine light. They cleared the light, then ran the diagnostics, so of course it said there were no issues. They sent it to the dealership, didn't tell the dealership mechanic about the check engine light, which again delayed me getting my car fixed. I had to call and tell them. The dealership ran the car, the check engine light came on after a few hours, and THEN they could fix it. Turns out, my car needed a whole new engine. And Service King was going to ignore it.

I had them repair my car after it was stolen and damaged. My insurance company had them on their recommend list, so I went with them. They had my car for two months, and kept delaying the pick up date. Forcing me to have to pay out of pocket for the rental car after 30 days. Once I got my car, I noticed shaking when I hit the brakes, and the rear under panel wasn’t attached properly. It has now been six months and I have been waitlisted to get the repairs I need finished completed. Forcing me to not be able to drive my car. Until the repairs are done! My insurance Geico has told me they have me on a waitlist! For repairs they did last year. I literally called my insurance two weeks after I got my car and told them about the issues. All my insurance has told me is that the shop put me on a waitlist; or I’d have to go to another shop and pay out of pocket! For damages that should have been fixed with this shop back in September/October if 2023! We are almost in April! I’ve called the shop numerous times. Kept being given the run around about my repairs being done.

Overall, I was impressed by Service King’s service. They did an excellent job on my auto repair and finished service well before the communicated time of completion. Customer service could have been better by some of the professionals, but the two main professionals I worked with were courteous.

Had to take my new car there after being rear ended. Everyone was so nice and attentive, I really felt like they cared. Having a string of bad luck since the accident, I got the call my car was ready early which was definitely something positive I needed. Tim, Chris and Jose were absolutely awesome. My new car looks new again! Thank you all so much for taking great care of me and my car. Been using Falconi's for years. Highly recommend!

If you want your car returned in worse condition than when you brought it in, along with dealing with the most unprofessional management team in the country, look no further. These guys are the best at being the worst. Exercise extreme caution when taking your car here; they will disappoint you and then blame you for it. Don’t expect to voice your opinion either—the manager, Irving, will likely be sleeping in the conference room and will call you a liar when you confront him. TERRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR WITH THEM

I came to this body shop after my Cadillac ATS got into a wreck with damage to passenger door and quarter panel. They told me about a month for repairs. My major problems are after I got the car back multiple parts weren't installed properly I had to go back because they forgot to tighten the break caliper on the driver side, then they also forgot to tighten the bolt on the negative battery terminal multiple clips are missing that holds in the weather striping. Honestly it seems like very few people working there take pride in their work. If you need body work l'd recommend L's Body and Paint I regret not going to them. The paint work itself was decent but again they could've spent more time in polishing it up

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this place from start to finish. The customer service is atrocious, and it felt like no one had a clue what was going on. The front desk staff was completely unhelpful and uninformed, and every time I tried to reach out for updates, the managers were never available. When I finally did get in touch with a manager, I was told to wait—and I actually saw him napping in his conference room. Ridiculous. My car was involved in an accident, and after waiting for a month for repairs, it was returned in worse condition than when I dropped it off. The paint was smeared, the gas cap was broken and misaligned, and the wheels were out of alignment. To top it off, the shop accused me of lying about red paint on the rims, which came from the car that hit me. They claimed they weren't informed that my car had been spun around, but there was clear documentation and photos from the accident, showing exactly what happened. I don't know why I should be expected to have detailed knowledge about what broke or what was damaged from the impact. Should I have been conscious enough to point out all the details myself? We ended up bringing the car back three times for further repairs. After the third time, we were told to keep the rental car and that they'd cover the entire cost. Silly enough, we didn't get this in writing. Now, six months later, the Enterprise rental car located inside Crash Champions is charging us over $500 for an extra ten days that the store had promised to cover. They claimed they did more than they promised. Sure, if you consider the fact that our two-year-old Mercedes is practically ruined after the accident and the horrific service at Crash Champions. Why wasn’t the case closed after 90 days? Why was I never given a bill for the $500, only to be hit with this charge out of nowhere? To make matters worse, the district manager was no help, even though he was the only one who actually looked into the case and had a real conversation with us—unlike the store manager, who loves his naps and clearly couldn't be bothered with customer concerns. On top of everything, after I brought the car back for further repairs, it sat untouched in the parking lot for 10 days. We live nearby, so we passed by the lot multiple times a day, and it was obvious that nothing was being done. When my husband called to ask what was going on, the staff had no idea where the car was or why nothing had been done. The shop had closed the claim without informing us or the insurance company, making it seem like we had abandoned the vehicle. Overall, I am beyond frustrated with the lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability. I would never recommend this place to anyone

service requested: fix my passenger side bumper. Quality: The only thing i can say was the customer service I can experience because my car could not be repaired because it was reported as a total loss. super bummed even writing this review. value: everything was done through insurance so i have an N/A here for now. I really liked working with Sam, when the times when he was avaiable. Super cool and there is usually someone up front to point you in the right direction. Ill def come here next time if in this mess again.
