The warranty I had on my AC was better than I thought when I replaced it last year here. Probably the other issue they found that caused it. They got me in Monday am and out the door the same day with my AC working. I have taken my car here for years and will continue. Friendly team and under promis and over delivers. I went to this place today looking for solutions, and it was even worse. When they changed the oil in my car before I bought it at Enterprise, they didn't reset the system or restart it. I went to Firestone to have the car checked because the screen says "service required" and gives me numerical codes. That's why I had to go to this place today. When I got there, I was helped by the guy who inflates tires and a white man who speaks English and Spanish. This man didn't know what to do with the car, and the guy who inflates tires told him what to do. In the end, the car's dashboard kept displaying another numerical code, and the odometer changed so fast that the miles are ticking by in less than a minute 🤦🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️. Sometimes we look for solutions, and people who lack the skills and knowledge cause us more problems. These people shouldn't do what they can't fix, and then they act like they're being annoyed afterward. cause more problems. I asked him what he did in the car to resolve the issue with another person, and he wouldn't tell me. I don't recommend this place. I don't like it.

Frank was selfless by giving me a ride home during a down pouring of torrential rains. These are just a few reasons/examples why I don’t trust my car to anyone outside of the Firestone Team! Wow, Just Wow!! Stopped by this store on Silverado Ranch to see if I could get some air for 1 of my low tires and overheard and angry Technician telling a customer to "go take their vehicle to a Dealer if they don't like it." I couldn't believe it. and the Manager walking with him was laughing. If that is how this place handles customer service, I definitely will never come here for any work!

Make sure you line up for Gowayne! I got a screw in my tire and was running late for work, and he put me as a priority customer. I told him my situation, and this man got me in without an appointment and got me out within 30 minutes for a flat tire repair. Awesome dude! 10/10 would recommend, and they're very professional. The store is also one of the cleanest shops I've seen :)

These guys are great! Amazing customer service skills, especially Rex, that guy is a real team player! I am overall satisfied with the service I got. Unlike the branch over at south rainbow ( between robindale and warm springs) they have poor customer service skills, I just bought all 4 tires there and this morning I showed up 9am, the customer rep at the counter told me they might not have time to service my car today. Even though I told him I’m dropping the car off and they will just call me when it’s done. I got depressed and went to another branch farther away, but the people are nice, I wouldn’t mind driving a lil longer to get good customer service. So I told Rex I would always bring my car here from now on. Thanks

I've had varying experiences at this location. However my most recent interaction I was not impressed. I had a battery that was installed 3 months ago with a 3 year warranty die on me while trying to get home from work (10 pm). Firestone was closed and I live far from my job. I had roadside assistance do a jump start and no dice. Mind you this was a new to me battery. Roadside assistance told me it was refurbished which made me upset. I had to get a battery replacement to get home and they took my old battery because they had to do a core exchange. I had my invoice showing that my battery wouldn't take a start and call Firestone the next day to settle everything with my warranty. However, I didn't have the physical battery that they needed and I called roadside assistance but they disposed of the battery that morning. I talked to Wayne at this location and he seemed genuinely concerned however whoever was above him was adamant that despite extenuating circumstances there is now way to do a full refund. They offered me $100 for "customer satisfaction". So I come in on my way to work. Wayne is "on lunch break" and anotherman (no name tag or decided not to share his name), possibly his superior, decides to take care of me and immediately starts condescendingly telling me how I need the "product" for a refund. I was already told this over the phone. I tell him I understand and he continues to explain this in a very rude manner. Mind you this is also before I get to work and I expected this to be a quick interaction of showing my invoice and the $100 refund. I explained to him the situation which very much felt out of my control and he keeps repeating the same "product" story as if it is a a shirt I bought that I didn't like. I was incredibly frustrated but arguing with him already seemed pointless since he wasn't treating me with much respect. I don't know who they are but I wouldn't share my name either if I didn't want people sharing that I treated them poorly. So not only did I get the $100 back for "customer satisfaction" I also got a condescending talk. So if you guys are gonna install refurbished batteries that die within 3 months and not work to get a full refund don't be surprised when you get reviews like this. Thanks Wayne for being a kind voice though.
