I have a Porsche Carera..a 1999..since I purchased it a few years ago EGA has kept it in flawless running order. They communicate very effectively, make everything easy and do fantastic work. Their garage bay is always full of Ferraris and 911s but they always give my scrappy E46 all the love in the world. They're amazing at finding good parts fast. Above and beyond service - when I picked up my car I was delighted to see they washed 4 months of pollen off it, filled the tires back to 38 psi, and fixed some loose trim in the cabin, all as a courtesy beyond the requested work. Austin is a homie. Great shop.

This is the worst car service I ever received. I’ve brought my car there for about a year now. Both service advisors Erica and Austin don’t respond to my calls in a timely manner. I had to physically go there to get an answer multiple times . On my first visit one of the technician broke the seal of my fuel filter and they had the car sitting there for two weeks. And on my last visit, I have not received an accurate diagnostics because the technicians tool was not updated.I brought the car in for calibration of the Knox sensor, and Austin the GM is refusing to do it because I told him about my right to contact BAR. I don’t understand why anybody will go to this place when they treat people like that. Everybody’s time is valuable but all they care it’s about money. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anybody. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this crooked shop!

First visit to EGA and I will definitely make this my service provider. Austin provides a detailed review, with pictures of my car, of what they inspected, what should be repaired, and what the cost will be. I was provided with free transportation while they worked on the car. Austin and the entire staff are friendly, professional, and honest about what needs to be done. They didn’t even charge me for checking an additional issue on the car. The cost for the service was very reasonable.
