Bad customer service .. seems like they don’t want to work .. very slow no communication until you approach them .. wouldn’t recommend going here I came and waited long with no update I ended up leaving. Just go to advance muffler shop way better service 😊

I was looking for a place to do some modifications on my Harley-Davidson exhaust I called around to most of the places in Moreno Valley and I didn't want to or were too expensive, when I saw your ad on the internet I spoke to Jose who was very very polite and have great customer service and was willing to work with me cuz it's all of my issues once I brought it down there they did great work and warranty their work as well I would highly recommend this place

Very unprofessional I guess they don't like work I keep trying to get ahold of people there and no one wants to answer the phone it gos straight to answering machine I needed to install my own catalytic converter that i purchased from the dealer and he gave me 4 different prices and don't even know if I even want to bring my motor home here Even though it's the closest to where I'm going at I don't want to drive it very far due to the converter getting stolen

Took my truck here a year ago to upgrade my muffler , found out from another shop that they cut my resonator and replaced it with a new muffler instead of the muffler at the back of the vehicle

Had them install a stainless steel resonator on a new cat-back system to reduce the drone. They found a bad weld that was leaking exhaust gas at the muffler inlet (from the shop that installed the cat-back), fixed it with no additional charge. Reasonable pricing, professional work; will use them for future projects.

Horrible "muffler shop" they installed my downpipe/exuast and the down pipe ended up not fitting right so they drilled it so it can still bolt on without even telling me now I have a hudge exhaust leak. Also they didn't put my sensor in the clip where is should have gone and it was hanging and ruined a $100 sensor. So now I have to take it to a real shop once I get the correct down pipe and have them install it... oh and they charged me $400 and had to wIt 5 hours for them to "install" my exhaust.. don't go here

I needed a catalytic for my car. I called Espinoza's muffler and they made it sound real good. But when I got there the price was not the same. There not professional. They only have one rack and one employee. If they have a customer you will be waiting for a long time. I went to one off the neighbors for and estimate in something else and they told me that Espinoza's is only been in business for 2 years. I will not recommend that place to nobody.

needed my muffler welded on again from a muffler delete and was looking for shops nearby that were open. The guy who helped me was Jose, very friendly, i opted to just get my old muffler on at first but i realized that it was rusted out, so i was offered a standard muffler to put on for 65 by itself but Jose offered me to get the new muffler welded in for 65 total instead of 65 + 25 for welding service. Very quick service took around 25 minutes and i was in and out of the shop by then, my car is so much quieter now! Thanks again Jose!

They did great work and were reasonable BUT, I asked for my exhaust back and was only given my muffler back. He wanted to charge me for MY glass pack back. I left so I didn't lose my mind. This is BS but he did do a good job otherwise. I suggest if you want yours back, get it described explicitly or leave. I would have left knowing he wouldn't give me MY total exhaust back.

My experience was unbelievable. There was one customer ahead of me the wait was approximately 45 minutes. when he put my vehicle on the rack he found the problem within 2 minutes walk me over showed me the problem. my muffler needed to be replaced, they gave me a price quote which I was very happy with and they began work. It took him only 12 minutes to replace my muffler! Unbelievable! That was my experience having my muffler replaced in my 1995 Toyota Pickup. I highly recommend this establishment there is no charge for estimates

Great experience. Called to ask about getting a straight pipe on my track car he said to bring it in and he would get it done immediately. Pulled straight onto the lift he had it completed within 45min. Sounds great and looks great as well. He added an exhaust tip that looks great as well. Great price for how fast and clean the job is.

My GMC Sierra 2500HD 8.1 liter had a broken header, so I stopped by to see if they installed headers and was shocked to see that they did provide that service. Most shops won't work with headers, but I was told they would remove my old broken headers and install my new ones and weld it all up for an unbelievable price. Oh yeah...they did the job the next day in 5hrs. Truck sounds amazing! I will always return to Espinoza's Muffler Shop for any of my exhaust needs. Thanks guys!
