Very easy to make an appt and very easy to get to. Good location. Didn't wait at all before someone came out to verify my appt. They were actually waiting for my arrival. On top of that the only took about 30.minutes to fix the chip and the work was excellent. Highly recommend them as appreciate good service and this was better than good.

Vader appointment A day in advance for 1 PM therefore I push my schedule back to accommodate this and it wasn’t until 330 4 o’clock. I got out for a door window glass that was unacceptable. My time was wasted and I miss my appointment. Had I known I would’ve went somewhere else I’m very upset with them. I will not refer anyone. It’s very poor business practice.

Awesome job, the technician started on time, estimate 1-2hrs, for a Kia sportage windshield, done in just over an hour. No issues with the replacement. I found them through Statefarm, they have a recommended list. I have a windshield with sensors so it took a few days to arrive after ordering, but I called after 4 on a Thursday and I could have had an appointment on Monday. (I couldnt make it till Wed). Clean, pleasent smelling waiting room (small though). So if you have small people who need to run around maybe don't bring :)

I came here yesterday for a windshield replacement appointment and was super satisfied. Other than the fast and excellent service provided by the technician, Ramon, they also gave a lot of grace. I’m a full time dental hygiene student and was running a few minutes behind for this appointment, but when I showed up the technician said it was okay. Speedy work, excellent customer service, and amazing quality. (Side note: they do all the sensor and camera calibrations at the office too)
