Worst decision I’ve made in the last 15 years. Don’t waste your time or money on this shop. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I called them to diagnose and fix an electrical problem with my truck that wouldn’t start. They came out, hooked up their computer, took a screenshot, and then told me they couldn’t fix the issue. They don’t even use OEM software, which is essential for proper diagnostics. Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of time and money. If you don’t know how to fix trucks, don’t pretend that you do.

Very disappointed with this place. Don’t be fooled by all the 5-star reviews — they seem to be from friends or people connected to the shop. My experience was nothing like that. They overcharged me and provided almost no real service. I called them for help with an electrical problem on my truck, and all they did was hook up a computer, take a screenshot of the screen, and send it to me — without actually fixing anything. Total waste of time and money. I would never recommend this shop to anyone.

If you are a professional driver and in need of emergency roadside assistance while in California. I would highly recommend calling this company. While heading back to Arizona one of my tensioners failed which caused 2 of my belts to shred. These guys got the call to help. Once they arrived. They replaced the failed part. Installed all 5 belts and got me back on the road.
