Had my car taken there for diagnostics , initial price was $197 for diagnostic and advice. Mike called me the next day and he said technician needed more time. Price would have gone up to $394 for extra time for diagnostic. The initial repair receipt and Mike never said anything about a time line. He didn't charge me for the first inspection which I appreciate , but just be aware of this when you bring your car here for repair.

Mike was invaluable. I just lost my husband of 46 years, then a month later, my brother, and to have this happen, the cost was not what I needed after 2 funerals. I have been a loyal customer. Called and spoke with Mike about changing sparkplugs on my wifes car. He was friendly and knowledgeable and the reason I choose to bring it here out of all the places I called. Came in yesterday to get new rotors and break pads. Great experience overall! Friendly staff. While working on your vehicle there is wonderful AC in the office/waiting area. They have a TV in there and they even offered me the remote. Would definitely come back again just to experience it again. Mike is also a great guy, has a taste in good music too!

I drive a truck and it is always very hard to trust any mechanics because they never tend to do an honest job. I had a buddy of mine recommend this shop a while back. I recently needed the front end suspension of my truck re-done because of a previous bad build. I was greeted by Mike and he asked what i was looking for. He then proceeded to help me with pricing and even introduced me to the suspension tech who was going to be handling my vehicle. It gave me such a relief to know what was going to be done to my truck step by step. Im giving Budget Auto repair 5 stars due to Mike at the front desk. Probably the most helpful and customer friendly person I have ever met at a auto repair shop and extremely knowledgeable. Had a coolant leak at a hose that was hard to determine exactly what hose was needed and he was able look through the manual and found it for me and gave me recommended places to order it from and they was able to put it on no problem so far so good

Great service and repairs! I came after having some issues with my vehicle caused by Valvoline. The shop was super responsive and quick about getting my car in the very next day after I called. I initially spoke with Mike (I believe that was his name) over the phone who was super kind and patient with me as I explained to him what was happening with my vehicle and why I needed to come in. He was able to set me up for an appointment to bring my car in the next morning. At the shop. I dealt with Joe, who was very patient, kind, and trustworthy. They were upfront with me and got the job done fairly quickly. I will definitely be bringing my car back in the event I ever need any other repairs. They were great and attentive!
