I have been using Pulidos for the last 9 years for all of my vehicle’s care. Their prices are affordable. Service has been great! My vehicle’s ac went out. Took it to Pulidos and they checked it. My vehicle was only a few years old with minimal mileage. They suggested for me to take it to the dealership as it was too new to be not working and probably under warranty. Or they could fix it and it be expensive. I ended taking it to the dealership and it was fixed there for free along with other recalled items. Pulidos could have easily charged me to get the ac repaired but they were honest and didn’t take advantage of the situation. Everyone has always been polite and professional. 👍🏼

I paid for an alignment and these guys left my toe in the rear wheels worse than before. My steering wheel is to the left when going straight and they don't want to take account to thier poor skills. It threw a dsc light and the guy said alignment doesn't throw stability lights, this guy doesn't know anything obviously the steering sensor would throw a light if the car is going straight and the steering wheel is going left. Once I told him I was a mechanic and he couldn't school me he gave me my keys and didn't even wanna touch my car. Own up to your bad service instead of blowing me off. I paid 140 and they didn't fix anything this place is a ripoff

I call them and asked if they could press my lower control arm bushings out and press in my new ones. They said they could so I drove out and I got to the shop within 25 min. When I get to the shop they say that they don't have any experience pressing out bushings. They wasted my time and my gas by lieing they could perform a service.

Went to Pulidos end of day and stressed out after having a few malfunctions while attempting to pull my trailer, the guys at Pulidos moved quickly to get the tire I needed and worked with me to make aure i was able to pull my trailer before the city towed it. My car was under warranty for Kia's 100k power engine, and without letting me know about it, they made me switch into a new engine which cost me over $5k. Afterwards, my car stopped moving completely after 3 weeks of picking up the vehicle from the shop. I had to tow the car to the shop to get it inspected to find out that it was a faulty engine. They said they will fix it in a few days. That few days are now passing 3 weeks. My car rental cost is going near $1k. They keep saying we will get it done by the end of the week. When I visited the shop in person, my car was not even in the shop but parked outside. All they did were lies upon lies without taking responsibility. I will see how they resolve this and update here accordingly. I have all the paper receipts and phone call records, and other receipts to report to the consumer bureau for taking advantage of the customer.

Was charged 150 for wheel alignment and they did not fix the problem and made it worse when i told him it was still pulling left i was told that thats all they could do then the mechanic said if the cashier explained it to me they overcharged me for thwhat was done and didnt even fix the problem

I went to the store to check the air in my tires. The young man who took care of me not only put air in my tires, but also checked my tires and informed me that my tires would need to be replaced soon. He did his research and found me the tires I needed. He gave me his honest feedback about the services I needed and those I didn’t. He did not try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Every time I go to Pullido’s Tires, my experience is superb and the service is the best. This is the reason why my family and I have been customers of Pullido’s Tires in Moreno Valley for decades.

This place us to be a trusted location haven't been here in a couple of years. The front counter rep tried scamming me and voided my warrant on my alignment do to his reason of bad lower control arm bushing but could not even show me were they showed any play or tares. When confronting him about it all he could say is that thell eventually will go out. We'll no shit of course they will but at the time of the alignment today they were still in great condition. Either he wanted the charger me a $45 inspection fee for not getting the alignment done or charger me more for additional work not needed. Even the mechanic that did the alignment said that they look good after i asked to see the bushing again and he said that he only does the what he's told.
