Took my car to get the tires swapped out, they quoted me 15 over the phone. Went in, and they changed one tire then called me into look at it. The valve stem was leaking, I never had this issue before, but it’s normal they said for them to tear and leak when installing tires. Which is fine, as any where I’ve ever gone they’ve always installed new valve stems free of charge. He said it was going to be $20, I assumed he meant for all 4, or 15+5 =20. However what he meant was $20 each wheel plus the mount. Total for each wheel would now be $35. This is clearly a scam that they pull, the tech obviously tears them on purpose so they can up charge you a ridiculous amount. I only had them do one wheel and left. Never coming back here again. Terrible service. Terrible scams they’re trying to pull. Never once in my life have I ever had to pay for a valve stem, and never not a crazy amount like $20 per wheel. Just for a valve stem when they’re already mounting the tires.

Yeah this places is not the place to go if you got locks on you tires went to buy tires and the manager stripped my locks and told me to go to this other place in riverside after he damaged my locks his name was Lucas

Jimenez Tires offers quick service at a great price when you need it most (even on Christmas Eve 😝🎄). They took care of my tire within a few minutes. Also, every staff member who I spoke with was incredibly polite. If I could, I would give them all Christmas bonuses!

I called ahead and spoke with Lucas. He was very professional and informative. His son replaced my tire quickly and efficiently. They have some of the best prices and their customer service is exceptional. I'm definitely going back to them. (FYI, It doesn't say Jimenez Tires, there is no sign yet but it's located where Old School Tires was).

I arrived right before they closed and they said come tomorrow it will cost 35 dollars. I got there early the next day and price was 65 dollars. If you want good service go to Hector's tires in RIVERSIDE.

The employees are really nice. I was a little hesitant simply because I'm a woman and had called around prior to contacting them and was treated poorly. I was so happy with their service and their help. The price for used tires is what I expected and they even helped me with my other tires and a small nail the day after. I’m currently low on funds, especially with the holidays coming up, and this tire shop really came through for me. Their prices are super affordable, and they didn’t try to upsell me or anything. Everyone there was cool, respectful, and they got the job done fast. It’s hard to find places that are both honest and budget-friendly these days, but they definitely are. Highly recommend!
