worst place. Got my car done and the manager was being rude and was pushy. He called me on his personal cell i wonder why he did that but know i know its because they record calls from the shop so he can tell me one thing from his cell and another on the company phone that they record. Dont trust this place or manager .

Friendly staff, work performed well. Once it’s time to talk turkey about the costs of the repairs and payment, that’s when things get a little weird. The vibe turns into used car salesman pitchy and the financing is PUSHED at you as an option which is weird considering the costs to repair my car is more than what the car is worth. And then vibe got really awkward when I chose to not have the repairs performed and picked up my car. All the friendliness went right out the door along with their commission (I presume).

Excellent service. I was there this past weekend and Luis helped me, he found the nail in my tire and they patched it up for me and had me out within about 30 mins or so. And they didn't even charge me for it. I will definitely be going there again for my tire service.

What a lifesaver!! I am not local to the area and was in desperate need of help with my tire. I was pulling my travel trailer and 2 of the lug nuts came off the front wheel, and the studs were broken off into the hub. They showed me everything and explained exactly what happened. They fit me in right away and took care of everything! The entire team was so knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful! Thanks for taking care of me in a time that could have absolutely been catastrophic! I highly recommend this business to anyone and would make this “my go to shop” if I was local. Thanks again!

So this had the potential of going bad, and through no fault of my own. To start, I arrived to the location at 7:30 am on a Friday and the place wasn’t open. Not a person here and not a car in sight. As you can see in the picture, it’s supposed to be open, but it wasn’t. I checked the door at 7:38 am. Nothing. I called at 7:58 am. No answer and no voicemail. The irritation grew. I needed a tire checked to see if it could be repaired/replaced. The tire type I purchased did not come with a mileage warranty. Instead it came with a Tire Choice warranty that varied based on time the tire was on your car. Although it had been less than two years since I purchased the tire, the tire alone had less than 5,000 miles on it, but the thought of having to purchase a new tire based on a pro rated time on the vehicle bothered me. These tires were basically brand new. The car sits parked for a majority of the year. Here is where Manager Paloma De La Torre comes in. She explained to me how the warranty for my type of purchased tire worked. I explained to her my situation. However, in looking at my account she saw a mileage amount was never entered by employees when I first purchased the tire. She asked me how many miles I put on the vehicle. I told her “less than an oil change worth.” Now, Paloma didn’t have to take my word for it. She could’ve very easily charged me the pro rated amount based on the amount of time the tire was on my car. She didn’t have to believe anything I said. In this case, she made an extremely noble and professional move; charged me only the fees associated with the new tire. I don’t know who made the decision to have Paloma the manager at this location, but they did the right thing! She listened to me, assessed the situation, and made a decision based on the information provided. She’s a genuine person. She’s awesome! Thanks Paloma.

Took vehicle for tires on $500 estimated, after dropping vehicle off I am told two lug nuts and studs are stripped and other components so I asked how much more for the just two wheel studs and lug nuts, I’m told $245 more, I politely asked to put vehicle back together and will pay for inspection just to be told my tires are already installed and can’t put it back together, mind you, if tires are installed to get two studs out you hit them and to install them on this vehicle you pulled it with lug nut Received a discount and ended paying $700, $200 more due to labor charges as parts are less than $4 each. Weekend comes and I’m checking my bill and noticed I was charged for a break job not lug nut replacement, I only see one lug nut installed and it’s the wrong one, and lastly all four tires don’t have any tire valve caps!!!!

First of all, I want to thank the Manager Luis. I took my vehicle in for a warranty claim for front rotors and brakes. Warranty gave me factory rotors but went cheap on the brakes as they would only cover that. Luis informed me the warranty would not cover factory but found a good alternative which is as good as factory( maybe better) to get rid the issue, squeaking front brakes. I was pretty pissed at the beginning because of the whole ordeal, being that the vehicle was just purchased less than a month ago. Instead of feeding of my negative attitude, Luis found a solution for me. My vehicle was promptly fixed and no more annoying squeaking. Keep up that positive demeanor and great customer service.

Came for an oil change, so do not come here if you have high mileage these guys wont know what to do. This dude heard a sound when starting the car and said "hey we cant work on your car. It could be an oil issue or idk" and than i respond with "thats why I am here for?" Waste of time!!! Go to a shop that acturally knows cars. 🙄

Definitely got overcharged and my brakes are still making noises, after they took every penny I had. Wanted to charge me 125 to check the engine light as well after knowing he took every penny I had haha. Well not be coming back and don’t recommend anyone going. Dude in the front is really good at lying and pushing services you don’t need.
