There's no words to express my experience and my gratitude for this amazing Auto Shop. Nathan is the owner of this shop and he's so sweet and super reasonable with his prices. Nacho is one of his Mechanics and every time I go there he's always ready to help with anything . My dad, my kids and some of my friends come here to fix their cars or to do oil changes or whatever else our cars may need. All I can say that I will never go anywhere else. I have been a customer of Payless Auto for a couple of years now and I will say this is the best place to take your car. I highly recommend this shop to anyone I know that is having car issues because they are trustworthy and reliable. Nathan is the owner and he is very honest and helpful. He also has a very good crew on his hands, who are all very helpful and friendly and great at explaining things to me. They do great work and they’re very thorough. This place was a life saver I was driving from new york to California and once I got there my transmission went dead I was stuck so when I took my car to Payless auto repair the owner was amazing and very understanding he worked on my car as soon as I told him my situation and then while I was in California I rented a car only for 2 day and my car was done and drives better then before thank you guys you made my trip back to new york easy and safe

COME HERE!!! You won’t regret it. I’ve gotten a lot of work done on multiple cars here and the customer service and quality of work is always top tier. I got some work done on one of my cars and a few months later the car messed up again. I brought it back and they fixed it, free of charge. The owner even offered me to use his personal vehicle to take something to my job really quick while waiting for my car to get diagnosed. All of the people here are genuinely honest and kind people. They’ve always taken care of me and tried their best to get my car done as soon as possible. Prices are fair as well. I’ve never been to another shop with such great service. Honestly. I will continue coming back.

This place is terrible I will never bring any of my cars here again I brought my jetta here because car didn't stay on after starting. The owner Nate kept the car over 7days lied told me one thing then my family member another,had to call him everyday to follow up after he said he would call back in an hr never did made me pay upfront for car computer then wasn't sure it was that, when i had enough and asked him what's going on, He yelled wouldn't let me voice my concern and hung up on me ...Very unprofessional and poor customer Service after I already paid and just wanted clarity Dont come !

Came in for oil leak on Honda. They changed the front vault cover and left the old rear one. They finished the job and they handed my car worse than when I went there in the first place. Charged me for a double to fix a sensor that was not broken before I went to the shop. Would not recommend not honest. And extremely overpriced.

I have been going to Payless Auto Repair for at least two years now. I wanted to find a reputable small business to support when it came to my vehicles. I found that and more at Payless Auto Repair. My now friend- the owner Naythen is very kind and honest. I have had several cars come through his shop and he has always guided me on if I should purchase or get rid of the vehicles. He has never steered me wrong. My current car was my grandpa's and it has sentimental value. I have had several repairs done such as my power steering and intake manifold. These repairs do come with a warranty which most shops do not provide. Payless Auto also provides plenty of benefits such as free towing and a loaner vehicle for long repairs. Call to inquire specifically about that. Lastly, I would like to add that I have a single income and I am a female. Many mechanics would use this to their advantage but Payless Auto never has. I always get affordable repairs and great knowledge about my car. If you ever need any car services I would highly recommend Payless Auto as they care about their customers and the quality of their work. If you are a female or lack knowledge about cars come to Payless! P.S I also got a Christmas./ New Years mug as a gift. Does your mechanic do this? :)

SCAM, AGREED THAT MY FRONT BRAKES WERE BAD, WHEN ASKED TO SEE THEM, THEY WERE STILL GOOD AND SAID THEY DONT CHECK THE CAR. THEY GO BASED OFF WHAT YOU SAY. IM NO MECHANIC, I WENT IN THERE STATING MY CAR IS MAKING A NOISE, MAYBE IT CAN BE MY BRAKES. & HE JUST REPLACED MY BRAKES & LET ME LEAVE WITH MY CAR MAKING THE SAME NOISE. and to top it off, he had put a keychain with his company logo on my keys, and when I return to let him know that my car was still making the same noise he took the keychain off.
