I purchased two tires from this place for the front of my car. However, as soon as I left the place, I was around 55-60 miles per hour and I noticed right away the steering wheel shaking, something that happens when the tires need to be balanced. I went back to the shop and asked the owner to correct the problem and he refused to do it, he said that I would need to pay extra for that. He said that if I didn’t like it tgat I didn’t have to do more business with them. Very bad service, I would stay away from this store.

I grew up in Moreno Valley and still like to support small businesses there when I can. However, I absolutely cannot stand this tire shop anymore. It used to be a good place to go back in the day, but now it’s just horrible. I should’ve stopped going after the first bad experience when they sold me tires I didn’t want, and they were slightly the wrong size. Still, I gave them another chance, but this time, I’m done for good. I called ahead to ask if they had the correct size tires for my car, and the lady said yes. I told her I needed two, and she confirmed they had them. When I asked about their hours, she informed me they closed at 2 PM and that it was cash-only today. I drove all the way from Hemet to Moreno Valley to get there, only for the guy to tell me they sold the tires! They completely wasted my time, and that was the last straw. I drove down the street to Jimenez Tires instead, and they handled everything promptly and professionally. That’s where I’ll be going from now on.

Beware when you get a used tires at Pacheco's tires. They sold us a used tire with cracks on the side wall and kept leaking air and they really didn't care. And they would not changed it out. And make sure you get a receipt!! They kept asking for receipt. I will not go there anymore..

If you want poor workmanship and no warranty, then this is the place to go to. If you have any issues with your tires or insulation, they will find a reason not to honor their work or warranty. I will stay clear of this place and go to a more reputable place where they guarantee all their work. If you think this is the place to go because they are cheaper, I caution you to go at your own risk because the cheaper option is not the best option learn from my mistake.
