Came in to patch my tire. Left without my hub cap and tire air cap. Front desk lady was rude when I asked them to add air to my tire as it went down from when they did the fix. Gave me attitude and said I can drive without the tire pressure cap. Ok? But I came with it and you didn’t place it back??? Will not recommend coming here. Also $30 for a patch? There’s cheaper places.

The shop was fine the service wasn't. Had a gasket and spark plugs replaced. My car runs worse than before. Cuts off when running and stop at stop signs and red lights. Runs really rough. Need to take it back.

They tried to up sell me expensive tires without giving me options for cheaper ones. I told them i can’t pay the price for the tires then suddenly they found cheaper ones. They also didn’t communicate to me that they had to go get my tires at a different location, I had to ask! Then they took three hours to put my tires on!! The receptionist wasn’t even that concerned for my own time either!

The dude at the front desk was nice but that’s about it. I went to get my tires changed. That’s it. When it was time to get my car back, it took forever. So I went around back to see what the hold up was. And my hood was up. Which made me feel uneasy. I asked someone why the hood was up. He said to check to see if anything else needed attention… which was still weird because they didn’t let me know ahead of time that they would be looking under my hood….

Came in and they got my car immediately only waited about an hour-30 minutes maybe abit more or less. Either way wasn’t there all day was very quick and easy didn’t spend a whole lot on my alignment like some shops 🤦

I came in here for a routine oil change they told me that they would do an inspection of my car complementary. They lifted my car up into the air, took my tires off gave me a ridiculous quote of repairs of over $2000 worth of things never said anything about any engine issues when I leave this establishment, my car starts shaking on the freeway and when I look to check my oil, they either did not do the oil change or they put old oil inside of my car this is criminal as they charged me over $100 for this oil change if I don’t get a refund I will be going to the proper authorities IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Your sign says you open at 7:30 AM, but the employee arrived late. When I asked about getting a tire patched, I was quoted $40 — which is the price of a used tire. I’ve never paid that much for a patch. Please correct your posted hours and review your pricing.

Work was done right the first time and also completed quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend to get maintenance done here. My husband and I typically bring our cars for regular maintenance to the Moreno Valley locations. This past Saturday we dropped off our vehicle at the location off of Alessandro for diagnostics. We had an appointment scheduled for 9am. Upon our arrival they already had a couple cars that they needed to work on before even touching our vehicle. We said no problem, we'll leave the truck so that they could get to it later in the day. By 5:54pm we hadn't received a call about our truck so we called them as we were on our way to get our truck. Mind you, they close at 6pm. The girl at the desk couldn't remember what the mechanic said was the issue that "maybe it's a belt or the transmission". When I asked her what time the mechanic had told her she said 4pm. I asked her then when she planned on calling me to let me know i could pick up my truck seeing as how they were closing within minutes and she had nothing to say other than she wanted to get the parts squared from the dealership on MONDAY. I explained to her that we had NO agreement that we would be leaving our vehicle overnight let alone multiple nights and how dare she take it upon herself to make that decision. Seeing as we've been coming here for years, they've just lost themselves a customer's based solely on this one persons incompetence to do their job (call the customer once knowledge of what was wrong with the vehicle & just memory retention of what her mechanic said to her about our vehicle).

Excellent work! I had major issues with balancing and alignment. I started with the Perris location over 3 month ago. Since then, I return 3+ times to address this issue. And still unresolved under warrenty. I ended up last week visiting the Moreno Valley and paid for servuce and it was resoved that day! The manager Bryant and tech Juan did great work!
