Been a long time customer of jiffy lube, was headed out of town and forgot we needed a quick oil change and usually the best spot to stop but this location was rude to us, we always sit in the car with our small children and newborn while the service is done, we’ve never been told that’s not ok, this location told us no, your not doing that, I dont care what youve done this is a different owner. It was really a let down. So we took our business elsewhere

I have been coming to Jiffy Lube for years with all of my cars. I like them because they do not pressure me to do other services than what I came in for, or for what the car needs. I did not like the fact that this is the second time that after having an oil change many of the pins that hold the cars under carriage plate are missing and the whole plate fell down while I was driving. The plate was intact before having my car serviced. All they offered was to take the plate completely off. Now I have the expense of having to get the plate put back on.

They said they did every task on the sheet they gave me of what they were supposed to do but they missed inflating my tires which I really needed and did not vacuum plus more. Lazy workers. Hopefully they didn't mess up my oild change.

When I walked after my car was taken by staff I asked Raul Jr sitting behind the counter if he can tell me when my last oil change was done. He looks at me with a straight face and tells me I have no clue and continues to go about his business. I asked the attended to please add air to my tire, rear driver side as this is a service they provide. When my car was done, no one went over a recap of my fluids I was only given my keys and sent on my way. I went to my next destination and noticed my tire I had request to fill with air was still semi-flat. I had to return to get this done. The service performed was poor today as I’m used to the exceptional service Jiffy Lune has always given me.

After starting my oil change they told me they could not use conventual oil in my F-150. While this was my first oil change with Jiffy Lube, I have put over 120,000 miles on the truck using conventual oil. Ford service and other oil change companies have had no issue using conventual oil while here I was told "they could not do that based on what their computer says". While I agreed to the upcharge I will say the attendant offered me a coupon $5 greater then the one I already presented.

I have a 2006 GMC Sierra truck that I haven’t taken in for service in over 8 years! I got an oil change and brake service. I found out I needed new front brakes including new ball joints. They had to sawter off new brakes to fit on my old truck. My vehicle was barely driveable before o brought it in. After they were done it drove like new! I’m not kidding you. They did an amazing job! They gave me a fair price. They’re honest. The dealership would have robbed me blind. I am so grateful for Jiffy Lube! A great, Honest service! Thank you jiffy lube!

The staff here were very willing to allow me to the best of their ability to witness that the oil and filter and oil drain plug gasket I had brought with me were what was installed and showed me that the oil level was perfect after their service was complete. They also voluntarily fixed my dragging plastic underbody skid plate cover that covers the oil filter area by replacing the missing mounting bolt! It was much more honest service than Fast Lube and Tune in Beaumont, CA where the technician lied to me a few days ago about installing the wrong oil filter on my wife's car which us the exact same model as mine.

The gentleman who serviced me was kind and professional. I didn't have any complaints until I saw my receipt and the items listed as complete were not done. ie: vacuuming and ALL windows cleaned. What else was not done like fluids topped off? I felt overall the service was great but hate when things are just pencilled in as complete. I've tried many other oil change services and this was the most professional. Just wish they were more thorough. I'm going to try other places and maybe come back here just because it was easy, maybe a bit pricey but less than 30 min wait with two customers before me. Overall satisfied.
