Worst experience I’ve ever had didn’t do a proper diagnostic on top of that you have a manager that curses at the customers which is unacceptable you need to get your life together or get rid of the technicians/manager you have ...I had my vehicle check somewhere else will not recommend anybody to go to this shop after the experience I had with your so-called manager

Absolutely terrible. Guarantees the problem is one thing and then comes back and says that's not it. Then guarantees it's something else and then says that's not the problem either. Looks like he's about to go out of business and has a crap little shop. Will gouge you for everything he can possibly get out of you and even then the quality of service is suspect. Stay away from this guy at all costs. He may quote you a cheap price but will not sick to it and then lies anytime he's called out on it. STAY AWAY!

Very experienced with Ford Diesels. I blew head gasket in 6.0 engine. Wally was very communicative and honest. Ended up replacing EGR oil cooler, He found a bent push rod and fixed it for free. Will go back for all routine work.

Wally is friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and most importantly, HONEST! Took my newly acquired 7.3l PowerStroke to him for a new coolant tank and to have all the fluids and filters changed. First thing he said was, "Let's look at it first, you don't want to pay for something you don't need." He did a thorough inspection and only found a cracked fan belt (and the tank), which he saved to show me (and I kept for emergencies😊). Did the full service anyhow for my own peace of mind, it was done in a few hours and his prices are very fair. I'll be coming back for all my future services!

Very unimpressed! I needed several things wrong with my truck. I asked them if they could start on the the things that we knew that needed fixed. But they could only work on what their computer told them to. The part needed was two weeks from getting to their shop. So they couldn't start on anything until after receiving the part. All that to say... even if it's known there's multiple problems, you're still stuck waiting until one problem is fixed at a time.

We have been going here for the past 2 years since getting our F-250. Only place we trust to service our truck. We do our oil changes and any maintenance or issues through them. Wally is very nice (I think he's the owner), he's even calls the day after service to make sure everything is going well and if I have any questions to give him a call. We've had to get an alternator and just got our vacuum egr solenoid fixed through this shop. Oil changes for diesel are priced well. We live in Riverside and drive to this shop for its quality work. Great diesel mechanics here.
