WORST customer service ever went in there to grab something and when i asked a question about the item this guy named Ruben looked like he was already frustrated and mad at life and he answered with such attitude, no respect at all even his coworkers noticed, and when i called him out on it he looked like he was ready to physically fight me.

O'Reilly does right by me. When others would have me waiting, they have what I need. Better yet, if they don't have what I need in the store, I can just go pick it up at the warehouse a couple blocks from my home.

Their service is ok until you end up having to do a return and you get told that they don't have the cash but are willing to put it on your card and your card gets locked because of it. Not cool.

Had a bad experience with customer service, I was basically told that i don't know about my vehicle and what part was right. Long story short I got the wrong part after I specifically told them it was not for my trim of vehicle. The part did not fit, today was all about going to this store to waste my time, money, and gas plus basically being insulted that I don't know my vehicle and what fits and what doesn't. But then again i'm not the one behind a computer telling me what is the "right" part right? Those would be the only reason I would say thank you, for wasting my time, money, gas, and for insulting my intelligence about knowing what I drive.

Needed a replacement locking gas cap (specialty item for a work van). Was able to have from the warehouse in less than 2 hours. Able to find other needed items. Knowledgeable staff, bilingual, friendly, fast. Will use first when looking at parts in future.

As I came in to exchange a part but didn't have the receipt, I was still able to exchange by looking up the purchase on my phone to prove it. James, who helped me, felt it necessary to accuse me of having never gone there and they were the one that helped me when I first bought the part that was the wrong size, so their negligence brought me back, but they felt it necessary to talk down to me and on the way out even tell me as I took the receipt that it wasn't like I'd keep it anyway. Their workers, and specifically James, need customer service training. It isn't always enough to get what you need if you will be attacked throughout the process. I'm only giving a star as I got what I needed. I won't be returning to this location or maybe to an O'Reillys ever again.

For majority of women shopping for auto parts can be quite intimidating, but his great sense of humor and honesty makes the shopping experience fun and easy! The young woman, Francis, was very professional and helpful, she gets the 5 stars. But then when I returned to the counter to pay for items, Debbie was rude and said No, we can't get a spill kit for or any other oil clean up items. She was very unprofessional and just wanted to argue. Debbie is not fit for any type of resolution. She only wants to argue. If I come back I'm not not dealing with Debbie. I will go to a different parts store. I didn't need an employee to argue with me at all. Why do you employ non-customer service people?

Underrated...way better than autozone. Called autozone and they said they couldn't help me till 12. Called OReily and they told me come in and helped me on the spot. Customer service 10 out of 10.. service 10 out of 10. Price same as autozone but they offered an offerdable option for battery replacement that autozone didnt.

visited this location on 12/18 because i needed a specialized fuse for one of my semi trucks. I couldnt find it anywhere, however when i call this O'Reilly's location the employee on the phone was super friendly and confirmed they in fact had 1 fuse left. I quickly left my office and picked it up without issue. great service.
