6 & 1/2 months after I dropped off my truck for warranty work that took 10 visits and a a year to get approval from Raffi after he apologized and said he would get all he’s team right on I received back a job that I would be embarrassed to put my name on one of my windows was missing tint my interior and I big e compartment are white haze covered from dirty sanding water and dust after I threaten to take legal action Raffi stated he would leave my truck out over the weekend and would tow it if I did not pick it up in the condition it was in my tailgate does not lock I have to have it profesionaly detailed carpets shampooed my door panels are black and will need to be stained Raffi claimed to the Bar that my steps he installed are no longer under warranty after he denied working on the truck over a year and was in his shop for over 6 months now he claims it is no longer under warranty I have seals on the doors that are loose and asked for a rental numerous times and he claimed he had no money to pay for one this shop is a joke and the owner is a bully I would highly recommend you take your car to any other shop if you do not wish to have a similar experience this is the 3rd time my truck has been in the shop for the same work over a year and half total time in his shop over the years and he has the audacity to tell me I’m ungrateful to be getting a 16 20 25 k dollar job he changed the price every time not realizing it is not my fault and it is a warranty work that he originally was payed over 16 k so what ever it cost him to do it right should be irrelevant to the customer don’t understand how this place is in buisness so now I get to take it to another shop to get all the repairs he couldn’t accomplish in 6 months done and sue him for it to get my money back stay as far away from this Buisness

So where do I begin? My car looks amazing!! My experience from the beginning to the end was perfect. I took my car in for front bumper damage. A great place to take your vehicle for repairs! I’m a very picky guy on spots and I saw this repair shop with great reviews. Raul was my estimator and first time meeting him. He was outgoing, trustworthy, understanding, and very professional. Everyone at the facility was professional. Any questions, they have an answer to it. When I gave them my car I wasn’t worried at all. They treat you with high respect. The receptionist, she was amazing and can help you with rental and make you feel like home. I was very comfortable that my car was getting taken care of. I felt I never had to call them because they call me for any updates. Raul was on top of it! Thanks to him I have my car back and it look like it was brand new car from the dealers.

Had a little fender bender. Called my insurance company and opened up a claim. At first, I went to a body shop that handled my previous claims for other autos I've had because it was in network. I was disappointed in the answers I was given, so I went to All Magic and I spoke with Ryan at first. He was outstanding at understanding what I needed for my Audi. I had to take it to a body shop in network first to get estimates done and I asked my insurance to have All Magic do my body work. As you can see, they did an OUTSTANDING AWESOME job at fixing my car. From Raffi, the owner who is AWESOME to David the adjuster, Josh and the front office with Brianna and Gloria everyone here is just simply AWESOME. Everyone here is friendly and courteous and professional at what they do. If there are any issues, I would always be in contact with David who lets me know what status my car is in, parts needed, etc. Also, if there are any issues with the workmanship, they are very receptive to making the customer happy by simply bringing the vehicle back and it will be fixed. Workmanship guarantees are part of what All Magic is. I am also having my truck done with All Magic as well, since it too was damaged. If I could give more stars, I would. Even if you do not want to go through your insurance to have body work done on your vehicle, I am sure that if you can afford it out of pocket, go to All Magic and I can assure you that they will do the best job they can at repairing your vehicle at a price you can afford. Awesome job, All Magic! Keep up the great work! Definitely will refer to all my friends and anyone who needs body work done on their vehicle.

While parked at my work location, my Tesla was hit by another vehicle. The hit was so hard that my front bumper fell off. I thought about taking my vehicle to a Tesla dealership but I knew it would take long to repair. Also, Tesla repair is not the greatest when it comes to customer service. I chose to take my vehicle to an approved Tesla repair shop instead. From the moment I called my insurance to open a claim, I also called All Magic Paint and Body in Moreno Valley who are Tesla authorized body repair. I was told that they'd get back to me to ensure there was availability to take my car in. Within five minutes, Rafi, the owner, called me personally. Rafi introduced himself, said they would be happy to help with the repair. He also told me that if at any point I was unsatisfied with the work or service to call him directly. Rafi and his staff delivered and provided me with an exceptional experience. They were in constant communication with the insurance company of the party that hit vehicle. Meanwhile they kept me updated with the progress which I appreciated. They arranged my vehicle rental and handled it better than the insurance. Being in a customer service environment for a living, Rafi and his team have by far exceeded my expectations, something very difficult to find nowadays. But the best part was that the work on my car was exceptional and made my car look line new. I highly recommend All Magic Paint and Body in Moreno Valley for your vehicle. You will not be disappointed.

I came here to get my car fixed after an accident and they were super easy to work with. No pressure, up front, and were polite when handling all the questions I had. They did a great job on the repairs. The only thing I would recommend to them is more attention to cleaning the interior portions of the car their techs interact. My floormat was pretty dirty and the touch screen felt like it had dried water on it when I got it back.
