It only took needing their services one time to realize this will is the only place I will trust to do body work on my vehicles. You can truly see the pride and quality they have in their work and it is such a relief to know you’re in good hands. They were super helpful on all of my questions, extremely friendly and I couldn’t believe how nicely decorated the building was! This is the only body shop I recommend to anybody needing body work.

This is the kind of shop you want to do business with, father and son and just good honest business. I brought my Audi in that got totaled due to a deer, Steve quoted me a fair price. After the work was done I found out they blended and did more than originally agreed upon because they wanted to do the best job they could. When I went in for payment they charged me the original agreed upon price without question! I was appalled at the perfection of the work they did but when they told me the additional effort they put forth and that it cost me no more than the original price, I was floored. You don’t find businesses like these anymore. If you need work done take it to Steve, 100 times out of 100. Thanks essings!!

Steve and his crew knocked it out of the park when it came to my 06 sierra. it needed inner and outer rockers cab corners and some paint work. steve went above and beyond to make sure my truck was absolutely perfect. ive never seen such clean body work done. the guys treat you like family and i cant speak highly enough about them. definitely going back for more work in the future and i highly recommend anyone go there.

After my wife had hit a tree on her way home from work early Sunday morning, I started searching around trying to find the best place to take the truck. I found Essing's here on google and based on these reviews I figured this was the place to go and it was the best decision. Steve worked with me throughout the whole process, and the work they do is unreal... My truck is back and has better than factory finish with a few aftermarket parts they sourced and installed with perfection. I would highly recommend this business to anyone, you will not be disappointed!!

Had an accident with my Cadillac . The owner of Essings (steve) auto body went above and beyond any expectations that I had. They were very friendly and made the best of a bad situation I was in. They have been a family owned business for over ten years and I will never take my cars to any other auto body place while I’m in Muskegon. We appreciate Essing’s Auto Body, they did very thorough work on our car, we are extremely pleased with the results. Steve was very easy to communicate with, he listened to our concerns regarding the work we needed done and followed through, making sure the car came back to us just how we envisioned it to be!!!!! Thank you to Essing’s for a job well done (hopefully we won’t need service again soon 🤣) when I took the pic I had already left the lot so she has a bit of salt on her - she looked way more shiny on their lot 🙄

I don't normally leave reviews but I wanted to take the time to give Steve Essing and Essings Auto Body a shout out. Customer service seems to be a lost concept with most companies, but that's not the case with Steve and Essings Auto Body. Steve and his staff nit only fixed my vehicle the price was less than the original quote which is virtually unheard of in this day and age. A completely positive experience! Steve was so friendly and easy to work with and his sons did an excellent job on my car. My car is a 2012 and needed some new paint and a new fender. Unfortunately, Volkswagen stopped making my model in 2015, but they were able to locate the replacement fender in a very timely fashion. In fact, another body shop told me they couldn't do the job because they couldn't find a fender! I highly recommend Essing's and will definitely revisit if the need arises.
