Came in to buy some oil, filter and ceratec but the reception guy acted in a very condescending and rude manner. I ended up walking out. Never coming here again. Dont recommend.

I DROVE my 98 Ram to them For electrical work and clutch adjustment, after $900 bill I had to tow it out with a broken transfer case. They stated they don’t have the tools to fix it. Do NOT Use them, they’ll overcharge, brake something Else in your car and tell you to To another shop with more tools!

This is the best auto repair shop in South Florida. They have all the equipment and computers for Mercedes.... plus they are affordable, professional, proficient, and honest. Handled two complicated claims with my auto insurance due to flood damage. Negotiated with insurance agents directly for supplemental claims. I highly recommend this shop.

To start, let me say that I am a dealer person. I've had enough bad experiences with local shops that I almost always stick with dealers. My beef with local shops is that they don't stick with their quotes, they stain your interior and never finish on time. That is NOT the case with Mario & Son's. My wife bought a used Fiat. The Fiat dealer is a bit of a drive, and quite expensive. So I searched the internet for a local shop. Low and behold, I found Mario & Son's. When I saw they had no bad reviews on Google, I was in disbelief. I mean, really, find me a shop (besides this one at this time) who has no bad reviews. It can't be done. When I called, Mario the owner answered the phone. He also ran the front desk. His sons must run the shop. I like that. We came in for a brake inspection. They did an inspection and called me. I said fix it. He only charged me for what needed done, and had my car ready when he said it would be ready. That speaks volumes. I also had some other concerns and asked them to check things over, which they did. He did say I needed an air filter, but the filter from his supplier was $95. He said that was a crazy price and suggested I buy one online. Now really, what shop says that and loses a sale? Honest people say that. I will say that if you want lots of parking and a fancy waiting room, go back to the expensive dealer. Mario & Son's is my new local dealer for car repair. And it's also worth noting that my wife felt comfortable with Mario and wouldn't hesitate to bring her car in on her own next time.

Mario was excellent in helping me replace the lug studs on my car since I had a few break off from cross threaded lug nuts. His pricing was phenomenal and during the fix, he sent me photos of my brake pads and asked if I'd like those done too. He didn't overcharge me like a big chain car repair place would. I would give him 6 stars if I could.

Absolute SCAM!!! My car didn’t start and I brought it here since I had my starter replaced a few months ago here. Mario said my alternator and battery are bad and I need new ones. Sent me a quote of over $1600!! I called and asked if only the battery can be replaced he got loud and defensive and told me no. I got another quote from another company for $900 for the work and asked Mario to match that but he declined. I went to another mechanic who checked it out and said the alternator is perfectly fine it’s only the battery!!!! Changed the battery in 30 min and charged way less. Not only was he upcharging me he wanted to charge for something I did not need! Mario is a lying scammer and he’s a shady businessman. Shame!

I have been having issues with my car and have went to mechanic after mechanic. I feel like I broke my bank just trying to find out what’s wrong with my car. I usually come here just to get my oil changed but I asked them to take a look at the car while I was at it. He ordered all the parts needed, explained everything to me in detail instead of how other mechanics treat you because you’re a woman, everything was fixed and good to go considerably fast, the waiting space was clean and comfortable, and the prices were great. And for the first time since I bought my car, my dashboard isn’t flashing like a Christmas tree. After this experience, I cannot recommend them enough to everyone and I will be coming here for more than just oil changes.

Absolutely amazing service!!! So rare to find auto shop that truly care. We got our coolant pipe fixed and Mario even called us after to make sure we were good since there was still some leakage on the ground after we left. We brought it back and he took a look and provided some service cleaning a shaving a pipe.. and didn’t even charge for it. GOD BLESS! Definitely come here
