I had a wonderful experience with Sebastian at 2js auto and all staff. I was recommeded to sebastian from a friend who had a rental car business and was always taken care of. My Escalade had a big job with collapsed lifters. I got quotes from several other shops and Sebastian prices were right on par if not a little better than other companies. It was a huge job that took 3 weeks. During the process, I would get updated with videos of my engine opened up and what was needed and some tips and advice. Nothing was done without my approval which made me feel very comfortable that I knew everything that was going on. Everything was always clear and open communication. I very much enjoyed my experiece with him and the staff. I had the GM LS engine lifter delete if anyone is considering it, and would highly recommend this to eliminate the issue with all the engines. I have found my mechnaic for life now. Shop is really clean and everyone is friedly and willing to help out. Thank you Sebastian and team for all your service and great work!

it all started with a weird noise in the front of the truck and boom there I was on the side of the road with the temp gauge going up. called Sebastian and he arranged the tow to the shop and immediately went to work. it ended up being a bad water pump, Sebastian took ownership and contacted the warranty company and got me in and out the same day, super profesional and great hands to work on any car, will definitely come back for all my car needs. He provided me with reasonable quotes prior to me coming in, as well as videos and photos throughout explaining what needed to be done. Work was done quickly and well. This mechanic shop is absolutely the best! Customer service is top notch. Sebastian and his partner are the kindest, most pleasant mechanics I have yet to meet. Let's talk about their work. I had to get a new car, due to my first ever car accident. Before the purchase, I took the car for a pre-inspection. Sebastian explained everything he did and had the car ready in a very timely manner. With only a minor concern, he suggested that I swing by his shop in a week or so to make sure the issue was not a remaining concern. After the car purchase I elected to have some some service work done. He efficiently and in the stated time frame, serviced my car. What service! As a bonus, his area of expertise is the brand of car in which I bought. Sebastian is an ASE certified mechanic. Without a doubt, this is a trusted place to have your car serviced. I was referred to Sebastian and the crew at 2 I’d Auto Service after my Jeep was draining one battery after another. They went above and beyond—literally checked every fuse until they found the culprit, which turned out to be a faulty door lock. On top of that, they spotted an oil leak and were communicative every step of the way. I really appreciated the video updates they sent, showing proof of the issue before doing any work. They also flushed my brake fluid, and now my brakes are quiet with no more squeak. My Jeep is purring like a kitten, and considering the amount of work that needed to be done, the price was very fair. Highly recommend Sebastian and his team!

I brought my 2013 BMW 328i to 2Js Auto for a checkup after my car went through a flood situation. I spoke to Sebastian and Geraldo about what happened and when they brought my car in, I found out I needed an engine. These guys swapped my engine in less than 2 days!! I had gotten another quote for an AC repair from another shop. I thought it was excessive, so I called around for a second opinion. I drive a BMW and the reviews showed they were well versed in imports. They were meticulous, much less expensive and communication and every move with videos, calls and texts of work proposed. When car was done, I brought in my Audi. They are master technicians for VW and Audi. I wanted to have my brakes Checked as they appeared to be squeaking and I’d rather be safe than sorry. They called same day and said your brake pads still have 60% life in them and we will check your filters and we recommend a tire rotation. My experience with some other mechanics would have just replaced the brake pads regardless.. They have a nice clean office lobby and garage. I highly recommend.
