I went to FAS Monday morning after dropping my car off the previous Thursday and telling them I would be back Monday. They open at 8am. I arrived at 8:15, and there was no one in the lobby. After wandering around and finding an employee, they didn’t speak English and called the manager. The manager told me he would be in at 9 and nothing could happen before then. I told him I would be back in the afternoon. I arrive at 4:45 this afternoon, and the person at the desk had no idea where my car was, what was going on, or who I was. He called the manager, who told me they were going to start working on the car tomorrow morning. Which I never authorized, signed off on, or mentioned. Especially after they told me the work would take three weeks. I was brought to my car, which was sandwiched between three vehicles with a Fedex truck parked about five feet behind me. My battery was dead because they left the high beams on from Thursday forward. After taking 15 minutes to jump the car, all of the employees stood and watched me get my car out, the movement of which I can only describe as an eighty point turn (a La Austin Powers). Finally, when I was pulling out of the parking lot another one of the employees in a brand new Lexus backed out without even considering the mirrors, parking sensors, or backup camera. He stopped within inches of my passenger door. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Fabian has the best auto repair shop I’ve ever been. Since the first time FAS auto body repaired my car from a heavy hail damage, I knew that I could count on Fabian for any of the services he offers. There was not a place where hail did not strike my car. I thought that my car would never be brought back to where it was prior to the hailstorm. Fabian and his team basically rebuilt my car and I was in shock when I got it back. It was like a brand new car just out of the dealership.
