Ryan Howard is the BIGGEST LIAR on the planet. Gave this phony guy thousands of dollars over the years. The last attempt to repair an oil leak on my 1 series, he couldn't fix it. He PROMISED to give me money back from the repair that was not fixed. Be Careful. as he is a SCAM. If I was able to rate a ZERO, I would,,,,,,,,,When the car was brought to Euroworks from a friend of mine, John was able to fix Ryan's mess....& I might have sent a couple of people, and one was shafted on his 7 series, be CAREFUL PEOPLE

He always identifies the problem quickly and accurately and completes the repair/service in a timely manner. His prices are fair, much better than the dealer. Ryan did an excellent job and made things as easy as possible. This is someone that you can trust with your BMW. I was having my car serviced at Coggin BMW Dealership who, after a month of having my car, basically told me that my car was totalled but couldn’t tell me why. Something seemed off so I decided to take a chance and have my car towed 1.5h South to BMW Xperts. I’m glad I did. They quickly got the car up and running and did a great job communicating through the whole process.

Ryan is a God send especially when you have a BMW. I have 2014 BMW 435i with 6 speed manual with 105k miles. He’s repaired my transmission, the clutch, oil pan gasket, and air conditioning. Prices are great compared to taking it to the dealer and he’s always easy to get a hold of. I haven’t let anybody touch my car since.

Ryan and his team was awesome, I brought my car without appointment to change rear brakes, but decided to do oil change as well because they had to wait for my brakes to arrive to the shop. Everything was done professionally, and all my questions were answered about any problems I had in mind. I drove 30 min to get to the shop and will definitely do it again instead of going to dealer 5 minutes away from my house.

Do not call this man for services he will take your money and not complete the work. He charged me $120 for services which he did not properly install. When I contacted him for days letting him know that the work was not completed, he did not offer to fix it and said he would refund me my money since I’ll have to pay double at BMW. He never refunded my money nor made any attempts to fix the issue himself. Save your money and go to a real BMW specialist if not you’ll just be throwing your money away and paying double to get it done.

Ryan took care of my 2004 325ci several times. The first time he made some repairs from an accident it was involved in. He helped me purchase the right wheels for my car, when they were put on they looked amazing but were rubbing bad, when I mentioned this I was told a kind of “it is what it is”. The second time he helped me with a small task of opening my trunk for me when it was double locked and didn’t charge me so I felt redeemed in some way. Then I mistakenly was involved in another accident that needed extensive repairs. I brought it to Ryan again, which was a mistake based how the first time went. He returned my car to me with my safety latch on my hood missing, my air intake not secured down at all, my headlights were not secured at all, among many other things I won’t list here and who knows what else…this was just over $8k job. when I brought the car back to Ryan to complain he promised to make it right and fix what was not finished. I gave him the opportunity to make it right and my car was returned to me still unfinished. I was left to sell the car because I didn’t have the capacity or finances to continue maintaining the car blindly like I was. he had my car for so long, probably just sitting there that I somehow not only had to buy a new battery Among other things that it was no longer starting. So after giving ryan almost 12k in about a year, and for it to not be starting soon after the last $8k job, I was over it. That was my first and only car for 7 years that my late father gifted to me as a teenager. I was too trusting of Ryan because he seemed nice and he had daughters of his own so I felt like he wouldn’t take advantage of me but that was naive of me I guess. I do feel like this was isolated because he would not have a successful running business like he does if he treated all his customers how he treated me.
