Wish i could give them O stars , just another part swap shop that doesnt know about cars or i had bad luck and they didnt want or cared to fix my cars , after 2 years i decided to take my civic to them just because i had them on instagram and they “seem” pretty smart , well they said , ohh yeah we can fix it for sure bla bla bla , had me waiting for like 2 months saying how they had sick employees , busy season , they only car about tuning i dont know why they advertise anything other than that , they called my saying i had to pick my car up by next day , after driving 2 hours to get there , plus the trailer rental , plus times talking to them explaining now i have to rent another trailer , drive over , pay 140 for a part that they ramdomly “replaced” that didnt do anything . So lost time , fuel , money all because they didnt want to fix my car or go through the trouble , shame on them , problably all this friends are the reason he has such good reviews..

Takes his time tuning to get your car right. Don’t believe the bad reviews he truly does care about your car and will spend the time that is needed to get you right. Kudos to you Eddie and thanks for tuning both Honda’s for me.

Nightmare experience. This shop has no integrity and doesn’t back up their work. All they care about is booking new dyno tuning appointments and taking new customers young punk kids money. Cannot manage workload, time and has low customer service in general. Brought civic there beginning December to do a few minor things swap coil overs, install a/c w/ turbo compatible exhaust manifold, weld wastegate pipe into downpipe (because exhaust effecting my asma), replace speed sensor, reweld oil bung into oil pan, dyno tune and Install wideban 02. This is it. Eddy advised that this would take only a few days. After a few months it was apparent to me that if I don’t start complaining every week this will never get done and stay on back burner. Every week Eddy advised different excuse of why can’t get to it and lied that would get to in a few days or the next week. This went on for months being lied to. I’m like Eddy, you know I can see your Instagram right? I see every week Instagram posts“new customer brought be car to. Tune” post after post after post. So its clear Eddy had time to take new customer dyno appointments week after week, but completely ignored my car that was brought to him way before these “new customer” dyno appointments were booked. And at that what my car needed work for could be knocked out in a day or two. After 3 months advises there is crack in exhaust manifold and cannot reweld it, and sold me new (a/c compatible) exhaust manifold) After 4 months Eddy than advises (I can’t get the a/c to work on your turbo car because we don’t do a/c work here). This is after he told me half of his shop is for general maintenance and would be able to get the a/c to work when I brought it there. Than he advises after 4 months that he doesn’t have time to weld the wastegate pipe to downpipe. This is minor fabrication At this point im very frustrated. I get car back last week and it runs like garbage. The vehicle loads up after 6k rpm and doesn’t make any power. Eddy tries blaming it on boost cut because the weather. Im like its only 76 degrees out lol. I said did you test drive the car after you dyno tune it because the street has different load than the dyno. “oh I don’t drive customers cars because of liability”. Im like are you kidding me. Bring car back and he hooks up laptop to hondata, drives it around corner comes back and says everything is fine and feels fine. I said this is impossible because it runs like garbage everytime I am at W.O.T past 6k rpm. I said can I take you for ride and show you what ime talking about and he say no I have kids at home I can’t rid in car because its too dangerous. I am furious at this point I just waited 4 months for something that should have been done in a few days and spent $3k and he isn’t taking any responsibility at all for car running like garbage when it never had this problem before I brought to them. So finally he agrees to let me ride in car with him driving so can show issue. The second he hits gas and goes past 6k the car makes no power and feels like garbage. I’m like see what I’m talking about how could you not feel that when you drove it before and said was fine. He says maybe its not hitting vtec try to add some oil. I add oil and car still runs like garbage. Eddy could not diagnose problem with his tuning and refused to troubleshoot and make it right and charged me full price for tune. I’ve been racing imports for 25 years since the 90’s this shop is clearly overwhelmed and do not know how to treat customers who actually have a lot of money to spend with them. If Eddy would simply make it right and fix the problem it would be fine. I understand stuff happends. But refusing to fix issue that wasn’t there before car was brought to you and pushing cars out onto the street without the job being done is an embarrassment. Don’t take your Honda here you are better off avoiding head aches by going to Orlando where there are plenty of quality proven Honda performance shops.

So I had a prolonged issue with my Acura integra where I just was not getting the power out of the vehicle at all; though it had been attempted to be remedied by another shop the problem itself persisted. So imagine taking not just a chance but knowing that the next place you bring your vehicle will truly be the one stop shop!!! For me coming from Orlando was just that and then some. His work and ethic speaks for itself!!! I not only was able to gain knowledge on what caused the problem but how it WILL be fixed. At Genisis your never taking a chance for it’s definitely a sure thing once you leave you’ll will be smiling! FYI haven’t stopped smiling since getting my vehicle right! Thank you much again look forward to what more we can do!!!!

I ADVISE YOU TO PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!!!!. I bought a transmission that was sold to me as rebuilt meaning everything was replace.not even 2 week the transmission diffrential bearing completely destroyed leaving me on the side of the road . Not even a 100 miles. after bringing it back to get it fixed he did not use any new parts he was takeing parts from old transmission he had laying around .after collecting the transmission an installing it not even a month later 2 ,3,an then 4 gear stop working . Costing me more time an money to pull the car apart . After all this frustration they never warranty the transmission .then they stop responding to my text because I was aggravated I paid so much for the transmission that was supposed to be rebuilt .an it was clear at this point that the transmission was never rebuilt or examined before it was sold to me
