WOW! This has been the best experience I have had buying a car in a while. Daniela was able to pick me up from Miami Beach to pompano. She is bilingual and a people person. The salesperson assured me they wouldn’t run my credit until I chose a car and discussed terms, but they ran it twice without my consent anyways less than 3 hours later. Mind you I was there for less than a hour and never even looked at a car. Later, I was told I was “approved” for a 2013 Altima, a car I never saw or received any details about. Not cool at all!!!! 👎👎👎👎👎👎 EDIT: I’m aware of what I signed I can read, my issue is that I specifically asked Craig if he would do a hard inquiry at the moment & he stated this is pre approval, we don’t run it until your with the owner going over numbers and finding a car I liked. The dishonesty is the issue here & I had to share just to let people know the deception I experienced. This doesn’t change the fact that you ran my credit for an auto loan for a car I never saw or know the price to ! :)

We have bought two cars from Keen Auto Mall- a mustang and a minivan. Kevin got us exactly what we wanted and more.. We live about 5 hours- He made sure everything went smoothly. Kevin makes sure the customer is happy and satisfied with their purchase. You will not regret buying a used car from this dealership.. He is always available to answer questions. Keen Auto Mall also has an auto repair/auto service at his dealership. I 100 % recommend the auto service if you need any mechanical work or a simple oil change. The prices are super reasonable and they are very honest with you about the issues your car may be having. It is hard to find a good and honest repair shop these days. If you are wanting to buy a used car or need a car service, go with Keen Auto Mall! You will not regret it!

Ive read a bunch of these reviews and to me it sounds like a bunch of haters!!! Kevin and his crew has done me right from the get go. I came there with no money down and he gave me a car. Then 6 months later i built up my credit with him and he gave him a down payment and now im driving a car that my family and I love!! Any time i need help with something he has always been there. And as far as him being professional give me a break. He just doesn't sugar coat anything. I rather have someone tell me straight up then someone beat around the bush or just plain out lie to me. So come on people get some thicker skin. Cause I am glad I found this car lot!!!!!

Cars all dirty and unappealing! Unprofessional. I spoke with a woman named Stephanie who Told me if I put 500 down then I’d have to pay 300-400 weekly until down payment is paid off! How am I supposed to pay that, my car note AND my car insurance!

Just do a favor and go somewhere else. These guys are remedial, I don't know what's what. Give excuses of being Understaffed Which is why they're unprofessional. The woman who I guess is the receptionist Will take your info, but then leave it incomplete never calls back. Then you have Kevin Who doesn't know what's what has a vocabulary of a fifth grader, doesn't know what retract means after I became fed up. He says a good income is 10k a month . A joke this place

Worst dealership I've ever experienced. I understand the Lemon Law doesn't protect me for the vehicle I chose (2008 Chevy Colorado LT w/223k miles), however, my life was in danger every single time I started that vehicle. From the violent shaking when idling, to the brake pedal itself feeling spongy at times, and needing all of my force to actually press the pedal down. That pickup truck was filled with issues that were not only brought to the dealer, but also ignored as well. I strongly suggest no one ever deals with Keen AutoMall. If you do, good luck my friend, because you're going to need it with these people.
