Let me say that this place is very impressive. I first came in contact with them over a year ago when I called for a quote on an issue I had with my bmw. The owner heard my issue and told me he would return my call and provide me with a quote, he actually did. He texted me an invoice with the quote and price to do the work i needed done. A year later i finally visit the shop for a diagnostic, the diagnosed and fixed one of my issues. Their service is excellent. My car stayed there for a couple days due to the COVID pandemic because getting my parts in took longer than expected. I felt like they were very fair, they even gave me a lil break on my bill. I will definately be going back there. I also have friends that go there and have nothing but great reviews. When I dropped my car off, I was waiting for a ride and the owner offered to drop me off at work. That stood out to me. He seems like a good guy. The young lady that works in the office, she's amazing. Very professional, honest. She's the perfect person to have working in the office. My car runs so much better now. Thank you team.. I own a 2015 Audi A3 and the dealership charged me 1k to replace my front brakes and rotors. At Euro Auto I was given a way better deal for brakes and rotor replacement. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future work that needs to be done.

Have been trying a few car places in the area before I found Euro Auto Clinic. These guys are very punctual and professional and most importantly honest. They took my car the same day I called them and when I picked it up at the end of the day they told me that it was just a loose wire that was making the engine light come on and they didn't even let me pay for the time they spent reconnecting the wires. Shafi even spent some time to test drive my car after he adjusted the wires and made sure that everything is running smoothly. He also very kindly talked me through the process of what to do if the engine light comes back on. He clearly knows his European cars and took great care of my Fiat! Highly recommend Safi and his shop!

After many disappointments with other repair shops (including the the dealership in Bridgeport) I have finally found the right place to get my BMW fixed . Shafi really knows his stuff and most importantly is an honest trustworthy top of the line mechanic. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs work done on their European car and would encourage them not to try other places cuz it has cost me a lot of unnecessary money in the past.

I first learned about Shafi 8 years ago. He worked on my father's former RN Donna's former Audi A4 wagon for many years and she highly recommended him when I told her that I was looking for somebody to do the timing belt service on my friends MK1 Audi TT. Shafi gave us the best deal in the area, and he's a master Audi mechanic who really knows his stuff. I would highly recommend him to anybody who has a European car and is looking for an honest, trustworthy, and reputable mechanic. He is the best! I will definitely be coming back again!

Shafi is THE BEST mechanic EVER. I've been to many other auto shops and NONE does not come even close to Euro Auto Clinic. Services are prompt, Shafi is very pleasant to talk to, very polite and ... he WILL DO ANYTHING for you, no matter what kind a car it is ,or what is the problem. Returns the calls, very fair pricing, and if you need a ride , he will provide. Such quality service is hard to find, he takes SO MUCH PRIDE with his work. Highly recommended.

They did a transmission and AWD service for me that went great. Came back a few months later because my right tail light and backup camera went out.They fixed the camera, but ended up ordering and replacing the wrong tail light (that was fully functional) and charged me for it. They claimed that the working tail light was the one that needed to be replaced. When that story was scrutinized I was then told that the right side of the car was in fact the left, because it should be viewed from the front , even though the warning light on my dash clearly said "rear right" and that is what I communicated. I later ordered the correct tail light and replaced it myself, for significantly less money than what they were going to charge me to come in for the correct fix. Lesson learned: If you can fix something yourself, you should.

Terrible people sold me the bosses daughters jeep. Drove it around bought it paid them well with bald tires. No honesty with these people. The car shuts off on the drive home. They tell me it's a used car. These guys are scum. I bought this jeep with the money after my truck was totaled glad it wasn't a single woman with kids. It's still in the shop 2 months later.

Shafi is honestly one of the best mechanics I know and makes maintaining a foreign car easy and cheap. He did my axle seal on my 2015 Mercedes for $300 when Mercedes wanted $2000! He currently is removing some broken wheel locks for me for $111 again when the dealer wanted $600. Shafi is your best bet for dealer service at a amazing price and I would highly recommend him and his shop

Bad. I had a car towed here. The woman on the phone had an attitude going over the estimate and explaining what was wrong with the car. She then started to do repairs on the car that I never authorized, as I was pricing options due to the high estimate. I Called numerous times to state that I would be picking up the car and no one answered the phone. I come to the shop the next day to find they are half way done fixing the car. I advise them that I will pay for the half that has been completed but to stop work on the rest. They had already taking out the thermostat and had to put it back in. One of the remaining issues was leaking coolant from the thermostat. It was a leak when I had the vehicle towed there. However, when they handed over the keys back to me it was no longer a leak. it was not left in the original condition it was brought to the shop in and not only was there no coolant in the car but if you put any coolant in the car it would immediately come out. The car started to overheat on my 15 minute drive back home. I was quoted another $1,200 for the remaining repairs. I ended up getting those same repairs done for $380 at another shop. Do not go here.

As a loyal BMW owner I have to say that Euro Auto Clinic is the most professional, honest and reliable repair shop I have been to. Shafi the owner is a master at his craft and has always been honest with me and my cars needs. April is a real pleasure to deal with very accommodating and polite. Overall they have taken great care of my vehicles to keep them running like new. Best shop in Fairfield county in my opinion.

Bar NONE !!! -From the moment you step in and or call and your greeted by “Amazing April” - She will accommodate you and take care of you if she cannot, she will go Great lengths to accommodate you-She is very helpful. If I could give 0 stars I would. Left my car for a simple service and it took them forever. Kept getting excuse after excuse. My car has GPS and thought it was being stolen from the shop. I called the shop and nobody was answering. Owner Shafi took my car and used it for his personal use. When I confronted him he was stuck and said I took it home for a test drive and stopped at a few places on the way because I was hearing noises. This really aggrevated me. He told me the car would be ready the next day and left like everything was fine. The next day His office assistant then gave me the bill. She was nice but i was charged for several bogus things and hours that I did not authorize. I confronted her about the bill is way higher then the quote I was given. She tried calling her boss Shafi from the back he claimed to be busy. I wanted to go to the back but she said I wasn’t allowed to go to the back. So respected the rules. Another customer was there complaining says he sits at the shop all day watching pigeons in the back and charges you as he is working on your car.He also said it’s probably better you don’t go back there. Lot of the same cars sitting there as I went there several days in a row. Don’t think hes busy just stores junk cars and uses the parts from then if he can and charges customers. Wish I read the reviews before I took the car here. You can tell all of the positive reviews are from friends and family. I mean some of the reviews even say in it they are friends/family. Stay away save your money and stress! Guy can’t even come out to face his customers.
