I recently got my 2008 Land Rover fixed here like two weeks ago I went because my car was over heating at random but not constantly. I got a diagnostic back and it said I was a 1800 repair. So I paid the money and got my car back in two weeks. when I got it back it was still doing the same thing . So I called and brought the car back up there. The guy said he didn’t see anything wrong. So the manager said bring the car back . They gave me the run around for about two days then I finally got a call saying that it was my alternator that needed fixing but that wasn’t on the original report. He also lied and said they did a second diagnosis the day I brought it back which was a lie because the guy never took my car to the back that day. I took my car to the dealership( Land Rover) and was told there was nothing wrong with my alternator that it was my fan. All this place do is lie and try to swindle people out there money . The service is poor and really expensive you will be better off going to the dealership instead of being swindled by people whom are money hungry and will not fix your problem and lie about it.

Brought my BMW E39 in for a check up, expecting to hear back by the end of the week. After ten days passed, I called and was told to wait for a call back. Three days later I got a call saying my car keys had been lost, and had been lost for two weeks at that point. It took another week to get the keys, and then another week for the diagnostics to be finished. A month in total for a check up. When I went to pick up the car, I was told the key replacement would be free of charge and that some diagnostic work had also been performed free of charge. As I would find out, I was charged ($220) for diagnostics, exactly the cost of the key. The "free" diagnostic was rather just a quote to replace the whole headlight assembly, rather than looking for the particular faulty piece. A $500 quote as opposed to a $75 replacement. On my drive home, I noticed my A pillars were broken and would not reattach to the headliner. I called the shop and was told to wait for a call back; four months later and I still have not received a call. Additionally, the pocket knife in the center console (a past present from graduation) is missing. That being said, it seems the owner is knowledgeable and experienced in maintaining luxury vehicles. The diagnosis performed there was confirmed accurate by the next shop I went too (except for the headlight quote), and the free car wash was also nice. However, I will not be returning there.

I was driving across the country when my car broke down. Livingston was amazing he made it a priority to get my Audi q5 back on the road so we can continue our journey. Did the work in a quickly manner and even detailed my car in and out for me. Definitely recommend was a life saver!!

Amazing experience with amazing results! Trustworthy, honest, upfront and a pleasure to work with! I have an Audi that was misfiring and had to be towed to Euro Imports. They immediately diagnosed the issue and provided a detail account of what was needed and the cost in the estimate. They told me the turbo may have to be addressed after the first round of repairs and explained exactly why there may be an additional expense based upon their findings. They were right and it was obvious that more work had to be done. Nothing lasts forever and cars breakdown from use and age and need to be cared for. I love my car and just glad that I found Euro Imports to help me keep it going!

I emailed this shop describing what might be a very simple problem and mentioned the dealership diagnosis was very unhelpful and recommendation over-the-top. The reply I received was quite snarky about me not accepting what the dealer said. I guess no one gets second opinions anymore? What's with all the non-inquisitive unhelpful mechanics nowadays? Too bad they can't be challenged to fix something they should be experts at. If you don't need the business, then I guess you don't need the business. Be warned. UPDATE: I sent the same email to three mechanics: One has encountered similar problems with that engine in Dodge Darts and replied "We should be able to get the air bled and compression restored assuming there were not other mechanical issues already present when the vehicle was parked," the other was short and sweet with "My gosh they (dealership) should have at least told why and not just expect you to shell out $3k. Tow it on over, we'll figure it out," and lastly another replied with "Sorry can't help you. You are criticizing the dealer after their diagnosis, don't know how else one can be at your service." Guess who sent the last one, and guess who was wrong. UPDATE 2: Car is fixed. Engine needed priming just as the Fiat manual itself instructs but the alternator was going out and not letting me prime it. Thank goodness for the helpful and thorough mechanics who work elsewhere.

I have a 2009 Audi A6 3.0T, I was on the fence about giving up on the repairs due to ongoing maintenance issues. I had them run a diagnostics and offer their professional opinion on the cost benefit of repairing my vehicle, they were confident that the engine and transmission were in good shape. So after weighing the options of replacing my vehicle vs repairs I elected to get it fixed. They went above and beyond in getting my car running back to an optimal performance state. The owner is well trained and is certified in the US and Overseas, so he put real care in the repairs. I would recommend Euro Imports to anyone in the Midsouth that drives luxury vehicles to take their vehicle to this location.

I could not be more impressed and pleased with my car service. Livingston and team diagnosed the check engine light that befuddled the other Landrvr specialists in town. From start to finish they were professional and timely in their response. When mechanical issues arise, it’s great to have a reliable shop to go to

Excellent foreign car auto mechanic. Fixed my Range Rover when others wouldn't even touch it. Tow rates were reasonable, they picked up my car were very transparent and repaired my vehicle exactly as described. Even updated me on an outstanding recall. Very professional!!! They will be completing all my foreign car repairs in the future.

I took my Mercedes 2017 GLS450 in for a service B scheduled service. The manager told me that couldn’t rotate the tires because the front tires had to much wear. However he did tell me that swapped the rear tires from one side to the other. When I got home I checked to see if this had been done and it hadn’t. I know this because the right rear wheel had scratches on it where it ha knicked a curb. The left rear has no scratches, which is where it still is. I would have been OK with him saying they couldn’t rotate the tires, but he went out of his way to tell me what they did instead, when they didn’t do anything.

This company did about $4,000 worth of work and supposedly fix each problem (3 items). I had to return my vehicle twice in order for them to get it right. Now the 3rd item they supposedly fix I had to return and they wanted to make an appointment, and I did for 9am. I was asked to leave the car until the next day so they can figure out is what causing the problem. That is ridiculous! Why make an appointment and not look at the car the time of appointment? I guess so three can figure out how to charge me again for the Same problem! When the owner / manger was ask why they can’t look at it now, he responded by yelling his voice in front of his staff, making a scene. I asked him why are you yelling, he replied, I’m on the phone talking to someone (on hold). He stated, leave the car we will get to it later today and let you know what’s going on tomorrow . At this point, my trust for his leadership and ethics was loss. I believed this is a hustle and I can’t take any chances with anyone who is not going to be respectful, ethical and honest about my time and money. If I paid you to do a job you should try to keep your word and provide good customer service and do the job right the first time and not make like the customer is dum.

This place is a RIPOFF! This place had my car overnight and left it parked outside and someone damaged my passenger side door. I spoke to the owner about repairing the damages and he told me that their insurance company would be in touch. It's been three weeks and still no word from the insurance company or the owner. I called owner 3 times since last week and still no response, even after I had to pay $1200 to get my car back. SMFH!

I dropped my 2015 Range Rover off on 12-04-2023 because of transmission problems. Mr. Livingston diagnosed the problem and I thought all was well. He explained that the warranty company would suggest a used transmission, but I had concerns about it being used. I spoke with the service manager and he informed that indeed the warranty company did requested a used transmission be installed. However, he stated that he had found one with low miles and at least a 36 month warranty on it. I get a call on 1/30/2024 informing me the truck was ready. I asked about the warranty again and he stated it was 12 months or 12,000 miles. I let him know that was not what was told to me. If that was the case, I would have contacted the warranty people and asked for a new one. I asked to speak with the manager, Mr. Livingston (who is a friend of mine) and he refused to allow me to talk to him. I did contact the warranty company to see if they could do anything and the answer was no. Fast forward to today, 2-01-2024, I get to the repair shop and paid the $350 deductible to get my vehicle. I did not say anything because I was disappoint with them, but they found it hilarious and funny that I was non-verbal. The service manager and his tech laughed as I was walking out the door. I thought that was so disrespectful and very bad customer service! The owner was no better than them! UPDATE: 08/16/2024 - The transmission is acting up already, and I need to find another repair shop! Now, what kind of transmission did they put in it? This is the reason why I demanded better. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS BUSINESS!!!

I have a 2009 Audi A5 3.2 that was sputtering occasionally and had a ck engine light on intermittently. Our initial conversation went well. I was told they didn't really work on 2009 vehicles anymore but if I was willing to pay a slightly inflated diagnostic fee my vehicle would be accepted. I scheduled to drop it off on a Saturday morning, since I was informed they were open the 1st and third Saturday of the month. When I arrived I thought I was being helpful by providing as many details as possible and that information definitely was not appreciated. I was assured they had all the appropriate diagnostic equipment to provide excellent service to new and later model vehicles. While our start was initially rocky, I have been back twice since then my vehicle is now ruining better than ever. I was even apologized to on our next meeting. It's been approximately 3 weeks since I had the maintenance done on my engine. I am definitely going to return to have my front suspension completed in the near future. I will be sure not to over explain.

Needed a PPI and service on a supercharged Jag with a check engine light that came on during a road trip. Very few shops can properly work on these. Found them online but saw the reviews were both good and bad. Local dealer would be two weeks just for a diagnostic (what?!) so came in when Livingston said they would stay late to run a full diagnostic. They found a long list of codes and maintenance needs including all rotors and pads, air mass sensors, all the 50k service items. Livingston pulled some strings and got parts overnighted, and they got all the work done in two days! He’s made additional recommendations and ordered additional parts that I’ll need. I can’t say enough good things about Livingston as a mechanic, shop owner, and as a person. Regarding the reviews others have left, I don’t know those situations, but I will say that if you are coming to his shop then you probably have an uncommon vehicle like mine that has special needs and rare parts, and you have to dial in your expectations correctly, otherwise you should buy a Ford Taurus and take it to Pep Boys. And if ever you find yourself in a situation like mine, there are much worse places to spend a couple of days while service is being done than Memphis - it was a great time and lovely people.

My car was taken there through where we purchased our car from we just got the car back after 3 Weeks . My car came back with oil all over on the driver side door . That’s not how you do business our car will now have to be detailed because of the oil all over the door which has suede on the door oil all on the mat on the floor why would you send a customer car back like that . This is just sad bad customer service and don’t value other people property at all that’s not how you do a customer never again will . I would never do business there ever … Then they been driving my car because the AirTag in my car showed me the different locations. it’s nicks on my car where rocks been hitting the front of the car which wasn’t there when he received the car … I have before pictures when I first got the car and now my car has chipped paint where rocks been hitting it … they

I had a terrible experience with this shop. I needed diagnostics done on my Bentley to make sure there was no serious damage. Manager spoke good about caring for an expensive car. They performed a walk around and I signed off on the findings. When I went to pick my vehicle up, I was in a hurry so, I didn’t do a walk around. Looked at my car the next day, it had a 4 inch scratch, a 1-1/2 scratch, damage to one of my wheels and oil on the roof and trunk of my car. The way he spoke, you would think they are caring for your vehicle with the utmost professionalism but that’s not the case. I asked for the walk around report and the manager carried out very hoodlike. After thinking about, I realized, they never tried to do the walk around before returning my vehicle to me. Between getting very aggressive on the phone and not doing the walk around before returning my vehicle, I’m 100% positive they knew the damage took place at their shop. It wouldn’t be wise to take your vehicle to Euro Imports of Memphis, TN. **UPDATE ** I travel on my job. Upon returning from work, after about 3 months, I found my car was leaning on the driver side. Look around my car and the driver’s side rear was sitting down on the wheel. This was the reason I initially took my car to this shop, to make sure the previous shop lifting my car without it being in the right mode, didn’t damage anything. Took my Bentley to a real shop this time. They found the issue and told me when it had taken place. This date coincided with the day I had my tires replaced. This was around a $4600 repair. So, evidently, Euro Imports don’t know anything about diagnosing issues on a Bentley. A proper diagnosis, the tire shop would’ve paid for the damage but since I went to Euro ***, I ended up paying for someone else’s damage to my vehicle. On top of that, they scratched my vehicle and cost me even more money. **Warning** Stay far, far away.
