DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE... I had my BMW towed in after my car shut off and wouldn’t turn back on.. after 2 days I got a call from the owner telling me that my DME was cooked and that I’d need to get it replaced and was quoting me at $800... with my mechanic mind I knew something wasn’t right so I decided to diagnose it further myself... I was changed $120 for this bogus diagnosis... after changing all the spark plugs and ignition coils the car fired right up.. no problem at all.. I then realized that my key wasn’t unlocking my doors or opening my trunk (it was working perfectly fine before I brought it in) so I brought it back to the owner to raise concern and he gave me an attitude telling me that I’d have to PAY to get it fixed after he messed it up... I’m pretty sure it’s just a fuse so I’ll be checking it myself.. I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS MAN AT ALL... and the way he treats his employees is insanely wrong...

Horrible customer service! Called the day before to see when i could bring my bmw in i was told to bring it next morning 8-9 i get there at 8:45 and the guy (guessing the owner) was on the phone so i politely wait until hes down only for him to tell me he cant help me. Didnt even bother asking what i needed or what i thought was wrong with my car. Lost my entire morning at work just so i can come and see the fool for NOTHING! I dont know how he has so many nice reviews because by his actions today its nothing compared to what everyone else is saying. Sad part is that if he wouldve taken care of me he wouldve had LIFETIME customer with me. Oh well on to the next then.

I understand the owner of the shop is not very personable. But I have brought my cars to him for years and he is one hell of a mechanic and his prices compared to the dealerships (I have a Mercedes and owned Porsche and BWW before) is not even close. I would GLADLY vouch for his work! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Brought my car in for service left with more problems than I started with. on top of this the mechanic left a glass mirror in my engine compartment and said it was no big deal. Every mechanic I've spoken to about it said that was very unprofessional. If I could I would rate this company - 5.. he is not part of the Better Business Bureau and has many complaints. After spending $400 with this company I thought I deserved a little more respect . and now pay someone else another 250 to fix what they didn't.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE...The mechanic Mark had my car for almost 1/2 year,without ever finding the issue. I called him a total of 47 times,the bank called him, and he said he’s still working on it, when I finally had to take my car,because he couldn’t get it to start,although that was not the reason I took it to him...I towed my car to BMW,and they had it starting in 10 mins, these people had my fuses in the wrong place...I reported him to better business burea and he lied and said I didn’t have the money to get my car,but I have the phone records, and the finance company has the recording he said he was still trying to figure it out,even asked me for more time... I highly recommend going elsewhere, and don’t be fooled with his bragging of his experience,he doesn’t know what he’s doing,and I have 2 other friends that had the same experience,he should be shut down,

Have taken all my BMW,s and European cars to this place for more than 10 years. The owner/mechanic always honest straight forward no foolishness and always reasonable price. Just to throw some examples at any BMW place a quick fix it would’ve cost me 2K this place charged me 1K same part, same fix , same day problem resolved. Additionally, any problems it will be fix and one deal done. I’m saddened the owner retired and closed as of 04/2025. Don’t blame him with this silly current recession and market for any small own business owners. Not sure where to go now to take care all my babies BMW’s.
