Amazing family, amazing team, will help in ways you would never expect. They really know how to make you feel part of the family. Fix things that cost nothing for nothing, honest, and reliable. Will get you a ride home if needed, and have been more than generous with their pricing and transparency. I'm so happy with the Team here, go-go-go to this shop.

I couldn’t be happier with EuroDesign. I recently purchased a vehicle from Carvana, which had performed an oil change before delivery. Just a couple of days after bringing it home, I noticed it was leaking oil. I called EuroDesign, and they went above and beyond to help. They arranged towing to their shop, quickly diagnosed the issue, and coordinated directly with Carvana to get the repair covered. Throughout the process, they were nothing but professional and kept me updated every step of the way. I highly recommend EuroDesign—they truly care about their customers and stand behind their work.

Pros :- Friendly/warm family oriented car garage and car enthusiasts. Con(s) :- My only qualm with the shop is how dismissed I felt today after I had my car serviced. I came in with all the parts and I was only paying for labor. The charge for brakes I thought was reasonable. I got charged $475 for labor for changing spark plugs, the plugs were provided by me. 3.8 hours to change spark plugs?? Mind blown. Explanation given was a load of crap and I blame myself for assuming I would be billed a fair/reasonable price. *Edit* Point being made was it doesn’t take 3.8 hours to change spark plugs. That is what I was billed, good to know repair pall is the yard stick for estimates…noted.

My boy Alex Rodriguez told me about this place, I brought my Maserati Ghibli there to have my undercarriage checked cause it came down and was scraping the asphalt, the owner Z was unbelievably helpful and not only repaired it but did it as a courtesy. I highly recommend this place and will be bringing my vehicle here for future repairs when needed. Thanks Z

Make sure you know the guy? Set up a date didnt touch it for a month I said it wasnt a rush but a month later not even touched.. said I had to come down to meet him to get to know me. First phone call was very nice optimistic, said he could get it fixed, called couple times later no answer left messages. Finally after a month he calls me back but different attitude very rude confrontational. Highly not recommended, had many people say the same thought id give them the benefit of the doubt sorry guys! Oh an he was very confident about his name "rob". Left uncovered. But car behind isnt.

Needed some help getting a spare on and triple A couldn’t get lug nuts off so had truck towed here for help. They were able to get lug nuts off and put spare on and helped us figure out which tools we would need for any future. Helped us at no cost which says a lot since most people and companies are greedy these days. Would highly recommend!

Robert and company run a great shop. They are courteous and thoughtful every time I bring my audi here. I've spent alot of time going to the dealership and using other import shops, leaving me disappointed and overcharged. Highly recommended.

I ran out of time while working on my car, so I contacted Eurodesign to see if they could install the rest of the parts that I had on hand, they got right back to me and said they were happy to help and got me in 2 days later. I’ve always had good experiences going here, everyone’s friendly and very knowledgeable on their European vehicles.

If I could give negative stars, I would. The ownership/management are irresponsible, rude, conniving and gaslighting. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday afternoon for a Thursday appointment. No updates before the weekend, so I called on Monday to check on it. After a long hold, they began to suggest that I had possibly dropped my car off at a different business with a similar name. After several lines of questioning and arguing back and forth, he finally agreed I had the correct business. At this point I’m thinking my car was stolen from the lot, because he’s telling me they don’t have it. He finally asks me to describe where I parked, which was a side lot directly next to their office door, in plain view of the front door. For some reason he kept saying he would have to “walk down the street” to look for my car despite me repeatedly telling him it was parked outside of his office door. He then says thats the parking for the neighbors’ business and it was likely towed. At this point there is a second person on the phone, presumably manager, putting on a performative display of care but his voice is dripping with arrogance. At one point he said I was “not being logical” as to question why they would have any responsibility as a business in this situation. There was no sign on my parking space that said no parking. There is a perimiter sign that says “no trespassing” but it does not specify which business it pertains to, and it’s perfectly reasonable to think its Euro’s sign. I was so disgusted by their unhelpful behavior I promised to share the story far and wide. I had to call the neighbors business to ask about any recent towing and they confirmed yes, they had done so. Both the neighbors and the towing company confirmed this happens on a regular basis, but Euro’s management claims its rare. (Also, note for 4 days after the day of my appointment, the car was untouched and no one had even glanced at it, or noticed they didn’t have a car they were supposed to have looked at the previous week.) It gets worse, the day I dropped the car off, I explained I was new, that I had never been there, that I needed all the details - nothing about parking was mentioned. At one point I asked the attendant if I was “ok out here” while pointing towards the side lot and he said yea… but of course he barely looked up. When I went in to pick up the keys, they continued to be condescending. We pointed out that there are no specific signs indicating which signs go to which business. The person finally begrudgingly says “We’ll pay for the tow if you bring us the invoice.” Despite NOT leaving any bad reviews, although they were WELL deserved REGARDLESS of them covering the bill - THEY STOPPED PAYMENT ON THE CHECK. Aggressively manipulative, should be avoided at all costs. I would not trust these people with a box of rocks. I have no doubt there are many more accurate stories out there. I am a mechanic’s daughter and have a tremendous amount of respect for the industry. Places like these bring everyone down, its shameful. Believe the other 1 star reviews. I’m sure they’ll respond with some garbage, flippant response that feigns care on this just like the others. Response to the comment below, which is a complete lie. I made all the calls to locate my own vehicle after demanding more information after several attempts to completely dismiss me. The check was placed in my boyfriend’s hands, we did not “take” anything. And the suggestion of blackmail on behalf of leaving a bad review is a JOKE. This entire business is a joke.

I have been bringing my car(s) to Eurodesign almost since they opened. My experience with them has been very favorable. Fact is, sometimes they do need to keep a car a little longer than maybe quoted, but quality of work is great and not having to pay dealership service dept rates is a no brainer, especially if you drive a higher end foreign car which could be almost double.

I’m a SilverRock warranty customer, and Eurodesign was one of their “in-network” shops. After buying my vehicle through Carvana, I brought it here for a vibration and loud noise on the highway — and it quickly turned into a frustrating experience. It took three days for them to even begin submitting the claim to SilverRock, and things only went downhill from there. SilverRock repeatedly told me the shop was combative on the phone and refused to provide the information needed to move the claim forward. Even my Carvana escalation specialist felt that extra items were being added to the list just to get the claim denied. SilverRock requested photos showing the failure — including brake measurements — but Eurodesign didn’t include any measurement tools in the pictures, so they couldn’t be used. They were allowed to re-upload them and still didn’t include the required information, which forced SilverRock to send out an inspector. We were told the inspector would come Friday, and Eurodesign agreed, but when the inspector reached out, they refused to even put the vehicle on a lift until the following week. I completely understand that shops have other vehicles on their schedule, but nine days without doing a single thing to my car is unacceptable. At that point, I went and picked up the vehicle under Carvana’s direction and brought it to another shop that hopefully values my time more. I would avoid using this shop as a SilverRock or Carvana customer — they may be good with other types of work, but they clearly want nothing to do with the warranty process. Rob was very nice on the phone, but he mentioned several times how much time this process takes and how he makes no money off of it. Unfortunately, that’s not my fault — I’m just the customer.

I recently had services done at Eurodesign Auto Group, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They truly deliver outstanding quality work, especially for European vehicles. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, genuinely friendly. Rob and the team kept me informed every step of the way, explaining the repairs and upgrades clearly, which built a lot of trust. The attention to detail on my Audi was fantastic, and they addressed all my concerns with expertise. They’re fast, fair with their pricing, and use quality OE parts. If you’re looking for a reliable, honest, and highly skilled auto shop that treats you and your car with respect, look no further than Eurodesign Auto Group in Leominster. I highly recommend them and will definitely be a returning customer.

Not just auto mechanics, car guys! Everyone I talk with here are Porsche, Audi, VW enthusiasts. I have encountered Lamborghini’s Land Rovers, BMW’s etc here and l have experienced their work. I can highly recommend Eurodesign for your car. Especially if it is exotic or Performance, and if like me, it’s a box stock Macan. They know their stuff. Recent Engine oil & filter, brake flush, coolant flush on the Macan. Later we’ll do transmission service, differential, and transfer case. Good work, fair prices.
