Came into station for an inspection, got there about 4:45pm, before 5. Was told to park my vehicle on the side, and wait. I go inside after following directions just for the mechanic to come out saying he's closed and not doing inspections.

Told me to come in at 8:30am. I showed up at 8:25 and they said they were working on someone else's car so that it was going to be a wait and that I can come back. I leave for 15 minutes and when I come back I'm waiting till 9:30 as they are continually taking cars that showed up after me before me. Gave up at 9:30 and left all I needed was a literal oil change.

2 stars because it is full service and I appreciate that. But the guy pumped over 70 cents over top off. What the actual F is that? Between the stations vapor recovery system taking that 70 cents right back and my cars potentially damaged emission sensor I got doubly F'ed at this gas station.

Mechanic made a recommendation to replace struts. Did so, took 2 hrs longer than estimate. Car immediately starts pulling. THEY SENT 3 different technicians before they could diagnose it correctly (that he totally messed up the repair). They did the repair. On the way home, car starts pulling and blows out a tire. Have to get a new set of tires, and they won't cover it with their warranty (or cover the 3 alignments I've had to pay for in this process). A month later, wheel starts clicking, take it in, strut is totally broken. Their repair was bunk. Have to get another strut. Control arm also impacted, need to replace that. They won't cover any of this. $6k later and 3 months later, I'm just glad to not be in this companies orbit. Awful, awful customer service, and totally inept mechanics.

I arrive and was told by the father the wait was a couple minutes, 35 minutes later the son comes out says to me you know the deal, $35 cash , as I say no and why didn't they other gentleman tell me that I could have went and got cash, the young man very nastily said he did tell you and to bad, go now. That meant another wait when I got back. I said no, wish I was told and then he proceeded to yell at me. Worst service ever. Very rude. I hope he was just having a bad day and doesn't treat all his customers like that.

Great experience from start to finish. Called them last minute for an oil change, he called back right away and had my car in for service within the hour. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and super easy to work with. I will definitely use them again and refer others to them!

Would give zero stars if possible. All their other reviews must have been from family members/ workers from this place. I brought my car here to be checked out for an EPC problem with my Audi and they said they'd give me a call the next day. Three days later I still haven't heard from them and I called a handful of times and no one answers. I come to the shop and one of the guys comes and says it looks like I need a new engine because one of my spark plugs is broken... and he goes to show me, AND THEN BREAKS IT IN FRONT OF ME. Then he says he's going to get one of his "buddies" to put it on the lift to see what's going on underneath in case they can "figure out a way to fix it without needing a new engine". He said he'd call the next day, I was hesitant (but STUPIDLY) agreed. Another two days and no call. I show up AGAIN and the guy says he just didn't have the time to look at it. I immediately asked for the keys and took it to another shop in Worcester. SIX DAYS wasted in this place. Save your time.

1st let me say that I rarely give 5 stars unless it is superbly amazing! I believe there is always some type of room for improvement. With that being said… the gas station is full serve, the gas attendant Trevor is amazing! One of the nicest people I’ve ever met. It seems that anyone I talk to that goes there have great things to say about him as well. He is definitely an asset to this place. The prices are pretty cheap. It either meets the competition prices or beats them. The shop itself seems clean. The mechanics are pretty good from what I can see. I dropped my car off for 1 thing and they ended up finding $800 worth of something else wrong. Now, was it a blessing that he found it or a ripoff?!? 🤷🏼♀️ I’m never sure!!! I’m wanting to believe the latter. The car did have a few lil problems after I picked it up but they got me right in to fix it for no cost to me. So this is why I’ve given then 4 stars. 😁 **Jan 3rd UPDATE: Trevor has left and moved on to a different job.

My car was having problems and they were able to take schedule me to come in the next business day. Both men I communicated with were very friendly, helpful and informative. After I dropped off my car they took a look at the issue and it ended up not being a problem that they needed to take care of for me. Even though they took the time to check out my car and evaluate the problem, they did not charge me anything and I really appreciate that. These days it is hard to find good people who you can trust to tell you what is wrong with your car and who don't try to make whatever money they can off of you. I will definitely recommend them to others and take my car down there to be fixed in the future.

I had my tires switched over from summer to winter. I will say that this, they took my car right away, no appointment but here's the catch. I feel like I was cheated, as the day before I stopped and asked how much for the service. He said it would be around $120. Average price yes but when I checked out I got charged $140. I guess it's because I didn't have appointment. Then checking my car the next day there were missing packs of cigarettes, like 4 or so. I had just opened a carton right before going there that was under the tires in trunk. I guess because the car was a mess he figured I wouldn't notice. SO I'm not happy at ALL. Got overcharged and STOLE from just because they did take me without appointment. Definitely not recommended to go here again.

I’ve been bringing my vehicles there for inspections for over two years, but recently the place has horrible service. The tech or should I say fake tech for the inspection sticker was ridiculous and unnecessary giving people red rejection stickers for miner stuff. My tail light has a little crack and all light work perfectly but still wrote me off for a red rejection sticker. I know some customers that are his friends got away with worse case scenario. This guy is full of it and he will drive the customers away; I give that place a few months till they get out of business because of technician like that.

I would like to take the opportunity to say that Chris and crew at this fantastic facility are absolutely top notch. It's not only about their repair work ,but it's about who Chris is and how he treats his customers. I've dealt with numerous garages in my life and never have I seen someone go so far above and beyond to help someone and actually care about their well being. This man is a gem. He WILL do what is in your best interest and not try to jack up prices and be dishonest. My daughter recently has had experiences with him and I am so grateful that this man, Chris, treated her with the utmost respect and empathy. Avoid at all costs. They do not do inspections despite advertising it. I walked in and was rudely greeted and told we don’t do inspections and to maybe come back another day. Not the way to do business. Avoid.

The only good reviews are family members. Workers refuse to attend customers whose vehicles are in need. The mechanics specifically Chris is rude and doesn’t know anything about customer service. He acts as if he isn’t getting paid for his hours and is doing favors for the world doing the bare minimum. He has no respect for the business and needs to be disciplined.
