I attempted to get a quick oil change on the way to work. After a few minutes I was directed into the bay. Parked and waited for any technician to talk to me. The only other car to my right left. Two new customers pulled in to my right. They had 3 technicians servicing the new customers. I waited upwards of 40 minutes. At that point I turned my car on and slowly drove away. Never a single word was spoken to me. What a waste of time, and now I still have to go somewhere else. Thanks!

Just a basic oil change, employees were great and this is Not their fault but I hate the attempted upsell on snake oil products like fuel additives. Valvoline needs to quit this nonsense. Price a bit above average but they were very fast and you can stay in your car.

The team at this location is beyond superb! I came in with the need for a routine oil change... I was previously turned away from another location because I had the leak. The difference in service with this team is they did my change, did a quick scan to figure out why my engine was smoking upon arrival... ended up confirming where the leak was and a rough estimate and cautionary instructions to get it fixed. Awesome Team to say the least!!! AND THEY HAVE A GIRL ON THE TEAM THAT ACTUALLY DID MY OIL CHANGE AND WE HAVE THE SAME NAME... different spelling but this was an awesome experience 👏🏾 🙌🏾 👌🏽

Lost all trust; I took my truck for an oil change, got the usual song and dance for the up charge. Few minutes later the technician come to see me and told me that they broke one of the bolt in my skid plate and they were going to replace it with a zip tie. Red flag, so I ask for a picture he took one with his phone and showed a hole. I ask how was he going to hold it with a zip tie? No answer few minutes later he’s requesting payment ask him again if I can get a picture of the repair at which he replied we are not allowed to take picture, I was like few minutes ago you took a picture with your phone and showed me the location of the sheared bolt now all of the sudden your not allowed second red flag. This would not have been an issue if they did not blatantly try to lie. The receipt states “vehicle arrived with skid plate bolt missing” so I pointed out to the tech that is not what took place he said he had to go talk to his manager, he comes back to tell me his manager was out and that he needed to talk to his assistant manager. This man very angrily comes and said “bolt was rusted and it broke we needed to remove your skid plate to change the filter” I was like what does that have to do with lying on the receipt? Ask his name he said “ I am Dan the assistant manager” and angrily walked away. Going to take the truck to Toyota in the morning and see what the repair cost will be to be continued…

When I went in for this oil change (I am a repeat customer with several vehicles) I showed the technician an email coupon code for $20 I had on my phone, and he said "OK, I will take care of that later". I did not check the bill when the work was complete, and when I got home realized he had not taken the $20 off. I went back the next day and asked to have the coupon applied retroactively and was told I would have to come back to see a manager on Monday. Today the manager told me that nothing could be done, that the transaction was "finalized". He said I should mention it the next time I came in, but when asked, he said there was no way to double up coupons, so I wouldn't really gain anything by doing that. I work in retail myself, and know that there are always ways to "make things right" when a mistake has been made that adversely affects a customer, so I was not too happy about the answer from the manager today. I am hopeful that something can be done to get me the $20 coupon that should have been applied when the work was done.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Valvoline on Main Street in Leominster, MA. Everything changed the moment I showed them I had a coupon. Before that, the staff seemed normal. But as soon as I mentioned the coupon, their attitude completely shifted. The friendliness disappeared, and I was treated like I was trying to get something for free instead of using a promotion they advertise. The tone became short and dismissive. They made it feel like using a coupon was an inconvenience to them. There was no professionalism, no effort to explain anything clearly, and the overall energy was uncomfortable. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect, whether I’m using a coupon or not. If a business offers discounts, customers shouldn’t be made to feel bad for using them. Very disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning to this location.

I was super impressed with the time that Jamie, Joe, and Josh took to not only change my oil and radiator fluid but answer all of my questions about my vehicle. I’ve had negative past experiences at other oil change places as well as mechanics where I felt stupid for asking questions. Jamie and Joe throughly talked me through all my service options and exactly how it helps my car and never made me feel rushed for asking so many questions. I also absolutely loved the positive work atmosphere in the shop and the communication between all the employees. Overall, I left the shop feeling confident about my car and the work that Valvoline in Leominster did— and so happy to drive away knowing that I finally have a shop that genuinely cares about me and my car!

First time here. I usually do this myself but its 5 degrees out. Seems like a well run shop, wasn't pushed to buy stuff. I would recommend. As far as price i am not sure if it was good or not, like I said I usually change oil myself. Chris did a good job as far as I can tell. Nothing negative to say. Everyone was quick and professional. So I went in for a oil changed and after talking to the person who took my 2017 Camaro in I decided to get a Radiator flush and Air cabin filter replacement. I put 2 stars because the person who was changing my cabin filter he was having a tough time and he couldn’t get the cabin to open to get the filter and the cabin wouldn’t close back properly when he was trying to get it to open so he just left it that way, he closed my door and left and I had to say something for him to fix it again since he basically jam my Cabin, after getting help from another employee who had a professional attitude they both were able to open the cabin and changed the filter, but later on when I drive the car I hear a small rattle coming from my cabin where the filter was replaced and I don’t think it was replaced properly because I hear a small rattle noise now and now I have to fix it myself. Overall the oil changed was smooth and getting the radiator flush was smooth but changing the cabin filter didn’t go well, I don’t know his name but the guy who took my Camaro in to service on, I didn’t really like his attitude and when he open my passenger door, he open it carelessly and the door almost hit one of their air tanks, but the other employees had a great and professional attitude, because of this experience I’m putting 2 stars and I’m going to a different Valvoline from now on.
