As a person who knows very little about cars it is so important to feel confident about who is working on my car's from the person answering the phone to the owner. Jennifer was patient, honest and knowledgeable about the electrical problems I was having with my Volvo. Once I brought my car to Europa Motors I experienced the same with Marlon. Of course, my car didn't have the problem when I got to Europa having come from Sonora. Marlon was also patient and knowledgeable as well explaining all of the possible problems. He also gave me options should my car start having electrical problems again. I felt so comfortable in Europa's welcoming waiting area as well as with everyone I came into contact with there that I will be returning to Europa for all of my Volvo as well as Porsche automotive needs. So grateful that I found Europa !!!!

These people were kind of rude especially lady who answers the phone she had a condescending tone from the start of the conversation. She asked if my parts were from the dealership I told her they were genuine parts that need to be programmed the tech refused to work on my car so I guess I should have just said they were dealership parts thanks for wasting my time. You won't stay in business long refusing customers they have plenty of good reviews but they will regret turning people away especially when they don't get business. If I have to have dealership parts I might as well just go with the dealership to put them on the stealership wants to charge 2000 dollars for parts and repairs I refuse to let the dealership screw me and I count on the little guy like this shop to help me but obviously they're in cahoots together. I'll find someone else don't waste your time unless you got dealership parts

Good shop, Marlon is a good dude that is fair and trys to help his customers. prices are fair and the work is good. My Infiniti g35 was rittled with issues but after a couple of appts we got it all straightened out. But you must be patient They are a high volume shop for good reason so be prepared to leave your car there for a while.

I was having problems with the ignition on my Volvo, and I needed a new radiator, and Europa Motors was recommended to me by a business that I knew and trusted in Turlock. I made an appointment, drove my car in there, and immediately liked the look of the place. The property was neat and clean, the building well kept, even the work bays were tidy and well-organized, and I especially liked that my car would be kept inside a fenced and gated area until the work was done. I had a few problems with communications, but Derek was wonderful. He kept me well informed, and was always cheerful and polite whenever we spoke on the phone. As I live a couple of hours away, that was very important to me. The radiator was fixed in a timely manner, but the ignition was a bit of a problem which was in no way Europa Motors' fault. They repaired it as well as could be done given the situation, and I went to pick it up. It refused to start. The owner, Marlon, had come out to make sure that everything was working right, and when I couldn't get the key to turn, he stepped right in and did all he could to get it working. It finally started, and he then drove it into a working bay so he could make sure that it functioned properly, and to ensure that nothing went wrong as I drove it home. As I stated earlier, I live a couple of hours away, up in the hills, and if something had happened, I could easily have been stranded or had an accident. I was greatly impressed and pleased at his concern over my welfare. The repair took 2 1/2 hours, in addition to the time the staff had already spent on the repairs, and I loved it that Marlon explained everything to me. I don't understand much about cars, but the way he explained everything as he worked on it, I understood a lot more than I otherwise would have. When the repair was finished, he checked it out yet again to make sure it functioned as it should. Again, I was quite impressed by his skill and thoroughness. If I could give Europa Motors more than five stars, I would. I liked the cleanliness of the place, the comfortable waiting room, the excellent service and friendly attitude of the office staff, the thoroughness of the repair staff, and especially Marlon's concern for my safety. It's hard to find such excellent service these days, and I will gladly drive the distance I must drive to take it to Europa Motors. Their work is impeccable, their attitude is excellent, and I don't think I have ever had such superb service.

Thank you to everyone who helped me.. Excellent shop trustworthy mechanics and amazing office staff. Mechanic stayed late to pin my cluster and saved me a lot of money.. I am forever grateful to have Europa Motors on my side. I will return with "Smokey" my TurboS Beetle.. Your all amazing A BIG THANK YOU AGAIN RECAP.. Took it in for coils and they fit me my car was done in an hour.. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM JEN, SAMANTHA AND MARLON.. THANK YOU AGAIN YOUR ALL AWESOME.. My car is happy again.. ❤❤❤

Derek and the rest of the Europa employees are by far the best I've dealt with in my many experiences with automotive repair companies. The urgency they put into getting you're vehicle done and returned to the customer without losing the integrity of their work is top of the line. I will now be bringing all my vehicles to them. If you're looking for a good repair shop this is the place.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I was referred by another shop because it is hard to find places that will work on Volvos. I called ahead and told them the work I needed done. I work out of town and would be gone during their work hours so I set up a night drop off of my vehicle. They open at 7 am, at 7:30 am I got a call from them confirming they had my car and the mechanic had started the work. They called me by name every time I called. Their diagnosis confirmed what I thought was going on and they found other things going wrong that I had seen evidence of too. Their prices were dead on with what I found for parts and the cost for labor was what I expected. So 5 star customer service, diagnostic, pricing for parts and labor, and speed at which they got the work done. At the end of my first experience with them I can say I trust them.

I have been coming here for years, the techs are honest and the people in the office always greet you with a smile. I recently had a smog done on my car there and I showed up 15 min after they usually close on Sat, and Jennifer was able to squeeze us in and have it done in 10-15 mins. The prices are competitive and the owner is friendly. Highly recommend and will go back.

I called and described a easily fixable issue with my Volvo air-conditioner. There are many YouTube videos about the issue. It requires removing the right front tire to get at the Air-conditioning clutch. Then adjusting a shim to return the clutch to it's correct clearance. It is so routine that it is described as a 100k Mike recommended adjustment. The lady who answered the phone said she had been working there for 20 years and never heard of the issue. She then said that they don't fix things or adjust thing they only replace thing. Taking a tire off and adjusting an adjustable part might take an hour. At current hourly rates that would be billed at perhaps $125. But replacing the whole Air-conditioning would most likely be more that $2500. I will NEVER take my car here.

A very bad and exploitative car repair company, because I asked them to replace the ignition coils and the spark plugs in my car, but they refused to do this work without diagnostic the engine for the second time, only for them to charge me the fee for diagnostic the car twice. This place is the most unprofessional Auto shop I’ve ever seen! The worst customer service! The lady Jennifer who runs this place is rude and angry at all times I was being completely respectful with her and her attitude did not change one bit.

My experience with Europa Motors was exceptional. The front staff is very professional and friendly. They communicated better than any other auto shop that I have ever used. The owner personally greeted me and explained the repair necessary to keep my vehicle in tip top shape. I felt confident that the work being done was performed by the most experienced and trained technicians. After receiving my vehicle back after the service, quicker than I expected, I drove away satisfied. This is my go-to shop for any service on all of our vehicles.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Marlon apparently is afraid to work on my XK8. I didn’t even get a courtesy call, just a very delayed text message from his receptionist saying “The Boss declined looking at your vehicle, Have a nice day” yeah, I’m supposed to have a nice day after being told I’m going to be stuck searching for another mechanic that isn’t local, looks like I’ll have to take it to San Jose after all. Don’t get your hopes up thinking this shop will help you out!

This place is the most unprofessional Auto shop I’ve ever seen! The worst customer service! The lady Jennifer who runs this place is rude and angry at all times I was being completely respectful with her and her attitude did not change one bit. Also when I went to pick my vehicle up there was grease hand prints along the headliner and center console of my car!

Perfect experience! I had an ECU that the dealer wanted to replace for thousands of dollars. Marlon and his staff allowed me to ship the ECU to the shop and they were able to reprogram it and return it to me within the week! Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Not sure who they have answering the phones here I called in for a price quote to have a haladex oil change on my Atlas and the girl taking the phone calls had no clue what I was talking about said she never even heard of it before yeah I would suggest you guys start putting people on the phone to actually know what they’re talking about. She said I had to give her the Vin so she can go research what a haldex is on the four-wheel-drive systems. Pretty hilarious thought this was a reputable shop. The worst part is she refused to have me talk to anybody else when I asked for somebody that was more knowledgeable. She said that it was her job and that if she didn’t know what I was talking about then nobody else would.
