I initially had my VW Jetta serviced in June '24 for some engine issues. After reading reviews, I took my car to Faris and his team. Everyone, including Faris was extremely helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. They were able to look at my vehicle at short notice, provide me with a professional diagnosis of the engine issues I had and made the repairs in a very reasonable amount of time. The cost for the repairs was way better than what a dealership would have changed me. They totally exceed my expectations. I just recently had more regular maintenance done and again Faris and his team were very knowledgeable and delightful to work with. I had my VW Gti brake service and oil change done here. The staff are very friendly and approachable. You do not have to worry about anything, this is my first visit and they have exceeded my expectations. If you have any VW or Audi vehicle, I 100% recommend this shop. I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I only feel comfortable coming to this shop for maintenance, service, or repairs. Fares and his team are excellent and professional. Took the car in because it had sat for two years during the pandemic. Rats had been running around the engine and it was a mess. This is how the car came back... it almost looks brand new. Incredible work. They certainly didn't have to fix things up to this level. I'm blown away by the care Sean and Ferris gave to this old war horse (old 2004 S4). Looks brand new. We were fed up with Audi’s service department at both the Pasadena and Valencia locations because we constantly were given the run around and nothing seemed to be properly repaired where the same repairs were repeatedly needed. The most professional, capable, and HONEST mechanic for German cars that I have ever worked with. My coolant light had been on for months and Audi dealers said it was no longer under warranty, so I brought it into European Auto Hause. They needed to charge a diagnostic fee, which would then be applied to the final cost, which is very reasonable in the business. After looking under the hood, European Auto Hause discovered that it was just a sensor malfunction and refused to charge me - "I don't want to just take your money if we didn't do anything". Even though they had a right to charge me for diagnostics, they were still so honest and upstanding. I picked up my car and told myself I have to write a review despite never doing so. Honest businesses and good people deserve to do well! You guys are the best.

It is ONLY Because I go to European Auto Hause, that i was able to buy my 'New' 10 year old Beetle convertible (a week after rolling over in my 21 year old Beetle), and still sleep at night knowing I would be OK.
