Two yrs ago, European referred me to California Auto Repair for my 2017 Toyota Camry since European doesn't work on Toyotas. Made appt with California and was happy with Chris, his service and prices. Just a few days ago, I called European for another referral cuz California Automotive is no longer in business. To my very pleasant surprise, the guy(whose name is I think was Anthony?) gave me name and number of where Chris and company are now working. Got an appt with Chris All is well now. Just want European to know i truly appreciate your very helpful employee. I'll be sure to refer any and all foreign car customers to you. Thank you. My apologies to the guy who's name i not sure about.. senior moment lol

EAS is a very good shop for my MB repairs and maintenance. I’ve been taking my cars to them for a few years now. Sometimes I don’t follow the recommended schedule, but usually end up there at some point. I remember Anthony as you walk in and writes up the work orders. Doreen, the office manager, who I didn’t see on my last visit. In fact in the early days, she would shuffle me back home as I dropped off my car. She may have retired…if so I’m glad for her…she was delightful. MB repairs are expensive! If your’re still within warranty, take the car to the dealership. But afterwards, visit EAS. This is a honest, family owned business that’s been here for years in Modesto.

I regret not going to this place sooner. Very friendly, professional and honest staff who know what they’re doing. Anthony and Christian was extremely helpful, I asked for a quote for a 70,000 mile maintenance for my Mercedes Benz and they were able to book me the next day. I was scheduled late in the afternoon (only because of my availability) and they were able to get the job done in about an hour right before they were closing. They treated me better than the dealership ever did and they did a way better job at a fraction of the cost! I will be coming here from now on and save money while having the peace of mind knowing that my car is well taken care of.

Great shop, great service and personnel. I usually wait for my car and the consistent courtesy of the service team and their commitment to quality OEM parts and service standards is evident Also it’s a family owned business with a long many years track record. I note also that often new customers are referrals from previous owners of the car coming in. Or, like me, a referral from a longtime customer I drive from a neighboring town to take my Mercedes to them and have for years . They are prompt, thorough and help keep my car running like new

Travis and team are top notch!!! Just had another car repaired at EAS. In this case, they found previous owner had taken the car to a "mechanic" who had patched a cracked valve cover with JB Weld and had covered up a broken bolt with weatherstrip adhesive (see pictures) The EAS team did an awesome job and got it fixed right the same day. Granted, it was a little more than the original estimate to repair the damage done (extract the broken bolt and clean up the adhesive), but not that much. I spoke with Travis prior to start of work about the timing chain issues on BMWs and he said he could inspect it once the valve cover was removed. I asked if it would be advisable to replace the chain tensioner and he said other than the additional labor to access the tensioner, it wasn't a bad idea. This is in stark contrast to another shop in Modesto, the BMW "experts" (name refers to the BMW logo), who's fix is always to just replace the timing chain. This costs in excess of $5,000. In all, I am once again extremely happy with the work performed. Those people who complain about excessive prices have not taken a car in for repair in quite some time...foreign or domestic. EAS is very competitive and extremely competent. Travis is the only guy I'll let work on my German cars!

My audi a8 2014 had problem conception oil took to European automotive talked to Antony he suggested to drain the oil and cleanup engine and used the different oil which since then never had problem with oil conception oil level stay stable. I can’t say enough about the incredible customer service I received from Anthony at European Automotive Specialist. After I dropped my car off I bragged to my wife about how rare it was these days to talk to someone that seemed happy to help you, made you feel comfortable, and spoke in a true professional manner.
