Beware!!!! Doesnt deserve one star Brought my car in for repair in January. The check engine light was on and wanted to get it fixed along with the power locks not working properly. From January 2022 to July 2022 I brought the car back in 4 different times. The check engine light would always come back on and the locks still did not work properly. Paid over $600 and the car was never repaired. Promised to refund $300, but never received. Removed a valve in the emission system. I had to take to another shop and pay $70 for the part and $160 install.

This was a great experience start to finish. I had the battery replaced and an oil leak repaired on one of my cars and basic maintenance done on the other. I had a bad experience at this shop. I first took my car there to get it running which they did for $900. However, when I picked up the car, there was smoke coming from under the hood and I realized that I had no brakes. I was really lucky that I did not get into an accident. I called Haydyn and he said to have the car towed back and he would fix the problem. He said that he replaced the valve cover gasket and that he would fix the brakes. I was later told it was going to cost an extra $1400 to fix the brakes by his mechanic, who has since left. Haydyn said that he could do it for $1000 but asked that I send him $670 for parts by Zelle. I sent him the $670 by Zelle for parts for the brake repair and after two months, the car was still not repaired. After I could not get him to respond to my texts and phone calls, I arranged to have the car towed away. I have asked him for a refund of my money, but he has not responded to my texts. I am really disappointed because he is an intelligent and well spoken man and has a pleasant demeanor. I found him to be a likeable person but he was not good in returning texts and phone calls.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! This guy Haydayn Edwards is a scam artist. I took my car in for a bumper replacement and leak repair which he stated would be about 10 to 14 days, because the bumper had to be ordered, turned into a 3 month job. He had me paying for a new bumper, new radiator, and new shocks, but he didn't buy or install any of the parts. I took it straight to the dealership once I got my car back and they showed me the original parts still on my car. I had to pick my car up with a tow truck because he gave me a loaner that was illegal to drive. I received a ticket and I towed my car to the dealership. He lied repeatedly and trying to get him to communicate was like trying to talk to the pope. This is the most unprofessional and untrust worthy mechanic I have ever dealt with. I took him to court and won the case! Now he seems to be trying to open another business to not pay his judgment. His Name is Haydyn Edwards

Wow! What can I say! These guys are definitely the go to for all of your auto care! I had been to multiple mechanics and they all were willing to charge me to fix my compressor when that wasn’t the problem. I got word from a close friend and he sent me to Eurocarpro, where I met the owner! The owner was fair with me and honest to the T. He fixed my car in a great time frame and I’m definitely satisfied! I had a check engine sign on my Mercedes 350 and I was freaking out. I checked online for the closest Mercedes repair professional. It gave me Houston and Clear lake. I did not want to go far. Then I found Euro Carpro in Pearland. I called and right away, Hayden the owner gave me an appointment. Within 20 minutes I was at his shop. He was very nice, courteous , professional. He explained everything to me and put my mind at ease. He was honest and told me I don't need to spend any money on part that is not broken. He cleared the light and told me I can call him anytime in case of any issue. He did not charge me anything. I really appreciated his honesty. Thank you Hayden.

I took my car to this place to get my outer tie rods fixed. I’ve been quoted by so many other places 3-4x more than what I was charged. And it was finished in less than 30 mins! I personally met the owner and he is the most genuine person in this industry that I’ve met! He showed me everything and proved to me that my problem was fixed. No bs, was 100% honest and very reassuring. Communication was perfect. I will definitely be going back for any repairs I will need. I seriously recommend coming here for any of your car needs!

I took my newer Mercedes to Euro Car Pro for maintenance and other minor issues. Hayden, the owner, from the initial phone conversations and throughout the service was very informative and took the time to explain processes I was unaware of. The time turn around was short, he sent pictures of my car in stages and the cost was outstanding!!! A huge relief for a mother who carries precious cargo to feel safe and confident. My other review was previously deleted, or somehow disappeared. My Range Rover had a coolant leak. Took it to Haydyn. I finally got my car back, and it was still leaking. Reached out and was ghosted for two weeks because of “legal issues”. He Took it back. He said they had given him a faulty part…and when I received my vehicle a second time, the whole car rattled and had more issues than before. He was also told to service it and didn’t. Told me the new issues were not his problem and he was only told to fix the coolant leak. Replaced hoses with cut ones fastened together, bolts missing everywhere, and now my car has more issues than it did before. Oh, and also still leaks! Also used my vehicle for personal use, and went through $30 worth of tolls driving it back and forth from wherever while it “being worked on”. Beware of this company, unprofessional and is known to use bootleg parts.

Took my car to Euro Car Pro, for a valve cover leak incident, and I am sure glad I did! I had an issue of the bolt being broken off in the block, and needed to be extracted and given new threads. Hayden was super attentive, friendly, and even sent videos and pictures of the process as he went along! He also gave me an amazing price! The turn around time was super fast! My car runs better than before!! He also performed diagnostics on the vehicle to ensure it was in proper running condition, as well as help me troubleshoot software issue If you have a euro car, this is where you need to go!

Hayden was professional when I called and requested a quote from him on the services needed. He quickly provided info on when and how long the service would take to be performed. Once he got my vehicle he ordered the necessary parts and performed the repairs and services in 1 day. He even provided me a ride from my house to the shop when I picked up my car. He was extremely knowledgeable on what kind of spark plugs my car needed and even performed some services at no charge. I can't say how happy I am to have found this shop . I busted my oil cooler and had to get it towed . I called European cars repair and hydyn instantly was willing to help me out last minute . He even took the time out of his day to take me to BMW to get a new oil cooler . He has a great and honest team there . My car was in and out faster than I could have imagined. The clutch on my 535i finally gave out after a couple months of shifting issues. It was a Sunday and most shops were closed but I had my car towed to this shop in Pearland. I took chance and posted a message on the website asking for a quote on clutch replacement. I was surprised to get an answer back quickly! I'm so glad I found this shop because Michael was really knowledgeable/helpful and the communication was great. He even sent pics while taking apart the clutch for inspection and during the installation, so I was able to keep up with the progress. His pricing was also better than other shops and I was definitely satisfied with the repairs. My car drives like new again! I highly recommend this shop if you have a European car. They will take great care of your car and fix it right. Thanks, Michael. I will probably go to the Galleria location next time I need service since I will be moving to that area.
