Bad service! I usually goes to this place in Roswell but because I moved closer to European cars I figured I'd give them a try. Please if you want your money do not go here. Orlyn isn't fixing what's needed, when you tell him what's wrong with the car he gives you 100 more things that needs to be done. How do I know this is true? I'm not a mechanic, however one day I stopped going to them because they were trying to charge me 500 for brakes and then they ended up giving me the cheap brakes, remind you I have a BMW! Anyways I take it over to Roswell and come to find out when they were checking things that Orlyn was suppose to be fixing they had told me it haven't been touched!!! I knew it was true because when he told me he would fix something it would have to come right back within a week with the same problem!!! I spent over 1500 with them and they didn't solve the problem!!! Stay away, he just want your money!! He can't really fix cars, his wife is all for money as well!!!

I'm in high school and have a volkswagon jetta. While I was driving, I hit my transmission pan making a wrong turn over abandon railroad tracks. I took it to a shop, and they told me to I would need a new transmission. After going to Thornton auto care they gave me a good price and changed my transmission pan and filled it with transmission fluid, and had my car back on the road a few days later. Since then I haven’t had any problems with it. Overall I like the service and hospitality and I suggest them to everyone :) :) :) :)

I have never in life received more kinder or efficient service than what Thronton Auto Care provides! Orlyn, Yonette and the entire staff work hard to ensure customer satisfaction. The quotes for my vehicle are always detailed and reasonably priced (MUCH lower than the dealership and other repair shops). I’ve even been invited into the work area and shown point by point what repairs are required. I’m allowed to take pictures there as well. No other repair shop has EVER been that transparent. The work is always completed in a timely manner and there are no “surprises” at the register. If my vehicle requires more work than what was initially thought, Orlyn or Yonette will call and make sure that I fully understand the new issue and agree to or decide against the additional repairs. Again, transparency. And I cannot express enough how reasonable the costs are. They have worked with me when I needed it which REALLY helped me to deal with the stress of a broken down vehicle. Thornton Auto Care is the cleanest car repair shop I’ve ever encountered. The waiting room is very inviting with plenty of comfortable seating and cable TV. Filtered water, coffee and tea are available and usually pastries are too. What a treat while one waits! Yonette handles the office area with great care and professionalism. Calls are answered quickly and each customer, on the phone and in person, is treated with great kindness. My search for a car repair service is FINALLY over. Thornton Auto Care has surpassed my every expectation. Honest and trustworthy establishments are becoming harder and harder to find so Thornton Auto Care is a TRUE gem!

The folks that own and work at Thorton Auto Care are truly there to help you. They are not there just to take your money. I have had many problems with a car that I purchased and they have been more than excellent in getting everything resolved. I would not trust my car to any other mechanic in town. They even were able to take me to and from my house so I would not have to wait in their shop while the repairs were being done. They always greet you with a smile and their waiting area is equipped with a TV and fresh coffee and snacks if you need them. I give them 5 out of 5 stars! Sabrina Hogan

I needed some work done on my BMW and I always take it to the Dealership but this time i thought I would try to find an adviser that was closer so I searched online and I came across Thornton European Auto Care, I read the reviews then I took a drive over to meet him and check out his facility. I gave him the Job and not only did he do an outstanding JOB but he saved me some cash. I told him I would make my new adviser for my car and my wife car as well. He is really educated on foreign cars and he have your car ready when he say it will be ready or he will give you a call. (Thornton Auto Care) the way to go, don't just take my words try him.

I have been going to Thornton Auto Care for many years. When I had my Jaguar XJR, I sometimes called around for pricing and they were always less expensive. I now have a CLK 430 and they have gone out of their way on more than one occasion such as actually picking me up from my home or opening the shop after hours to meet my availability and even washing my car. Service is always fast and receptionist is very friendly and knowledgeable as well.Waiting area is clean and comfortable with free drinks, wifi and even a computer desk. Now many of my friends and family also take their car to Thornton Auto and are also happy with their high quality customer service, and low pricing.

I have been a client of Tornton Auto Care since Dec 2013. Everytime I have an issue they squeeze me, take a look, tell me the deal, explain what it means and then quote a reasonable price. They even tell me what issues require immediate attention vs those that can be delayed. I always receive amazing customer service and my vehicle is always done at the time assigned with the resolved concerns. Overall I I feel like my car is in great hands and I am satisfied..

Stay away. Find you a different mechanic. I brought my Porsche Cayenne turbo for repair. the truck was idling a little. He diagnosed the truck and came up with over $8000 of repairs estimate which included changing the turbo, tune up, changing the belts and few other things. I agreed to do the repairs, couple of months later, the same problem, took it back to him and he told me that it needed other things and one of them is new brakes and rotors and again paid over $7800 , in total over $15000. Few weeks go by and the car shakes and it vibrates when you push the brake, went back to him, he told me that the brakes and the rotors are OME and I must have ran the SUV in water and that is why the rotors are wrapped, He changed them at no additional cost which it was 2 more weeks when the problem happened again, went back to him. He told me he could put in better brakes and rotors but I will have to pay about $1000 to swap them for the better brake system and by the way, the SUV still idles and he wanted to change few more things. I took the SUV to the dealer and they told me that it need most of what I have paid him for again as it either was never done or really bad pasts and as for the 3 more things that he said the truck needs to run perfect, they disagreed with his diagnosis. Over all I have spend $17000 at his job and sold it to the dealer for $20,000 in total. He is not a good mechanic and does not know much about Porsche. Do not take your car there unless you just like to throw money away and keep your car there for over 4 months.

I own a 2013 BMW. Called to book my appointment; the lady at the front desk was very cordial. Due to the reviews of upselling I saw, I insisted on only changing my front brake and nothing else. She included my comment in the note and my brake was fixed by the end of the day, and drives even better than I took it in. Wonderful experience; and the service center is less than 15mins from my home. I’ll definitely be returning to them.

If you decide to use this business after reading my experience, then you deserve whatever you get. I have a 2004 BMW and I brought it in because the “service engine soon” light was on. They said they would check it out and have the results later in the evening. I received a call with the results from the diagnostic check and I authorized the repairs and they said my car would be ready in a couple of days which would be Saturday. I dropped by to check on my car on Saturday and still not complete but no communication given. While there I was given an option to rush the repairs and it would be ready in a couple of days or take his time and do it right. I tell you no lie. I replied that I wanted it done right and I was already $950 in already. The following Thursday I get a call about some about the other things they found which jacked up the price to $1500. I said ok because I love my car. Days later no communication till I called on Saturday, going on 2 weeks, and was told that the car would definitely be completed later on before they closed. I received a call around 4pm and was told that it wouldn’t be ready after all. So I began to tell Oryn how dissatisfied I was with the service and he replied that if I had taken my car to BMW, they would have charged a lot more. I replied with a question. “Did I mention that I needed a deal or did I just want my car repaired?” We try to patronize black businesses but their customer service is terrible. I could have used BMW but wanted to give them a chance and develop some trust since I live in the area. Never again. So when I arrived to pick up my car, Oryn was outside. No eye contact, wouldn’t speak, look of irritation and I am the one who has been without my car for almost 2 weeks. But I spoke anyway. Paid for my car and left. Black businesses, you need to get it together. I’m a black business owner and customer service is my main concern. Never again will I use you. And never will I speak highly of you. So that’s my story. “Enter at your own risk”

Thornton Auto Care is very reliable place for excellence service. The owner, Orlyn, has invested in the necessary equipment to properly diagnose any problem with your automobile. He or a member of the staff will take time to thoroughly explain the problem, and what is required to fix it at lowest rate possible. Customer satisfaction is number one with this auto shop. I have a 2014 Audi A8 L 4.0. Finally, a shop that I can trust!! I was referred to this shop by another A8 owner who I met in Sams Club's parking lot. He gave rave reviews about it, so I tried them. Needless to say, I have received nothing but excellent A1 service. Orlyn doesn't seem to be concerned with charging the highest prices. He was fair and forward with his prices and synopsis of the problem. This is a black owned business that I'm proud to be a customer! Great Job!! (Wah-gwaan)

Worst automotive shop I've almost ever been to!! I was trying to save some money coming here based on reviews and I said w.e. let me give a try. Broken down cars and potholes everywhere! They had my car for 2 days just to diagnose ?! I had to call to see where the progress was!.. which really annoys me. They lied to me saying i needed a whole new A/C Compressor (2k job) and i was mind blown, my friends recommended another shop and all i needed was a refrigerant recharge-200$. Trust me don't waste your time and money here. They have no idea what they're doing

I own a 2013 Audi Q7. I was about a month away from needing a registration renewal, and my check engine light was on. I was told by another shop it was my air injection system. I explain this to the mechanic here (he never told me his name), and he agreed to take a look at it. After a brief conversation about how I understand the stresses of being a mechanic, he spent about 20 minutes in my truck, came back, and said "Go get your emissions inspection... I took care of the issue for you". Just so u know Mr. Mechanic, its been a month... My check engine light still isn't back on, and my registration has been renewed! You saved me money, you saved me time, and though you could've robbed me of every penny I had, you didn't snatch a dime! Thank you!
