I made appointment for a oil change, once I arrive the staff stated they could not do an oil change due to my check engine light being on .I have received service from other Walmart care centers and was never told this. Also I called to speak to a manager and was put on hold for them to never come back to the line. I will be calling Corp.

Stay AWAY from this Walmart auto center everyone is rude even down to the manger shayla this Walmart needs a whole new staff!! my experience was terrible also while I was there a customer was complaining about how walmart staff damaged their car please go at you own risk I have reached out to corporate about this issue so will be expecting changes very soon!

I went to the Union City Walmart to buy 2 Tires. Paris was the young lady that helped me. She was very helpful and explained the difference in the different options and prices of the tires. By the time she was done I Bought 4 tires because she showed me how much I would save!! Thank You Paris for your Excellent Customer Service. Keep up the Excellent Service
