I wish I never bought a car from here. Almost 3 months with 3 engine fails and you can never get anyone on the phone and I just wish I could get out of this car loan and be done with ALM. DONT buy your car here!!!!!

NEGATIVE ZERO STARS!!! This place is awful! Had my daughters KIA here ONLY FOR RECALLS to BE COMPLETED, 4 weeks later had to have it towed out of there. No one up there knows what is going on. Multiple different stories. Alex the advisor is full of it! The service manager, Steven (calls himself a manager) but is also terrible, has no answers, he was very nonchalant when reporting multiple problems with his department- like he gets so many unhappy customers that I was just the next person complaining. I have filed a formal complaint to KIA headquarters. Lies, lies and more lies from this service department. Incompetent service department, service manager and mechanics. I DO NOT BELIEVE ANY RECALLS WERE DONE TO THE CAR THE 4 weeks they had it even though I have all the invoices stating “COMPLETED”. I am currently having the car re-evaluated by competent mechanics to confirm the work was completed by KIA. I could keep going on and on with issues we experienced . I WOULD NOT TAKE NOTHING TO THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

I have never had such a bad experience anywhere in my life. There were a few issues with the car when I received it. Nothing major some of which required Dealership attention. The issues were corrected but it took forever for Service manager to contact ALM for payment over 2 hours and that is with me visiting the dealership to get some assistance. The last issue is with the door of my car. I have called and left the service manager messages and he never called me back and he is fully aware of the problem. I door would not close correctly to the got it into the repair shop and was able to fix it but then they get the car back to me is had scratches and gouges in the paint when I pointed out were never there. I even have pictures I could get from Nissan. I was told it was not a problem and it has not been for them since I have been totally ignored. I am high on Customer service, and this is an ABSOLUTE FAILURE in process and communication. At this point I was just have it fixed elsewhere. The sad part of this all is the buying and financial experience was an A+..... But based on this I will not ever recommend anyone to Purchase any car that needs service of any kind.

Estimate $350 Price when I pull in at scheduled appointment $450 Then when I pick up they add $45 shop fees even though I brought my own part. Name is wrong, phone number wrong, made an appt week in advance claim no record even with my confirmation text and then proceeded to inform me at my 7:30am appt that type of tech wouldn’t be in until 9:30/10am. Take the trip elsewhere if you can

What service? Made several calls, no answer or voicemails were all full. Finally spoke to a young lady and she was clueless and not well trained. I then asked for a manager, was transfered to a full voice mail. 1 star is too much for this place. Do better (Union City Location!!!).
