Please don’t buy from here, there are other better used car dealerships on this road. Stopped in on accident while looking for a different dealership on the road. The people that worked there just starred at me when i pulled in and got out, no greeting. 1st thing they ask “what car you looking for”. I told them I’m looking for a different dealership and once i gave them the name they started down talking the dealership. I compared their reviews and customer service with yours and I’m surprised you’re still in business. We bought the car from the other dealership and love it. The way you guys talk down on the competition says it all.

Business is an complete fraud with rude people such as Terrance first rental bad speakers and alignment second car air goes out n car shakes over 40 3rd car switch car keeps shutting off even while on highway my family did good business with them for a year not knowing they put cash car rental on credit as if we were leasing so everywhere we went to get a car we were being denied fl2 weeks ago paid rental a day late they called and threatened to pick up car they even cut car off after we paid and then cut it back on this Friday we made a payment which is 257 every week and they texted us next day saying they have LOSS there insurance and we will now have to provide it ourselves after telling him we couldn’t afford that and why he didn’t say that yesterday before taking rental fee they shut car off and refuse to give money car is still in driveway no one has come or know one will answer I talk to Sandra who seemed nice but now says she has nothing to do with it I talk to OWNER TONY he said he doesn’t deal with that part and Terrance will reach out do not do BUSINESS with these people they are scam they don’t care if u have kids or anything just took my money my kids have school next week husband had to call off work and to get my money back I see I will have to take them to court

I bought a car cash from this location. The car dealer person rushed me through the process. Refused to fix the flat tire or check the AC when I mentioned that it seemed to not work (even after saying he would do both) then proceeded to try to not give me the change from my purchase I had to remind Obi multiple times and he did not fix any of it. Now I am having to go to the state to get my registration and permanent tag because he more worried about leaving on time than properly selling a car. The customer service for this establishment is severely lacking. Next time I pay cash for a car I will be going to a different car dealership

Hellooo, Oh my goodness when I say me and my husband have been struggling. We had been here for 8 months struggling to get a decent car. Taking Lyfts wasting money just to go up the street for work we were tired of it. We needed a change I came here and got sooo much help Mrs sandy is so amazing so motherly. Going out her way to help us Mr OB and Mr Denis are great people there whole team is amazing. They gave us a chance and put us in a MERCEDES BENZ. Invited us to there amazing church and so much more.
