Zero Stars!!!!! Is what this place deserves. I wouldn’t recommend Tire Mart in Union City to anyone, especially if you’re a woman who may not be an expert on cars. My experience with them was beyond horrible, and their complete lack of professionalism and integrity is appalling. First, they installed the wrong tire size on my car—twice. Not only did this mistake trigger warning alarms in my car, but they also tried to gaslight me into believing that I was wrong and didn’t know what I was talking about. When I pointed out the error to the owner, he insisted the tires were the correct size, even though my car’s system was clearly telling me otherwise. The worst part? They blatantly took advantage of me. The owner John Paul made promises he didn’t keep, saying he would “call in” for the correct tires. When I came to pick up what was supposed to be the right set, he told me he’d been “at the junkyard all day” looking for my tires. Really? As if that was suppose to make me feel bad that you have to actually do your job. In the end, he gave me the wrong tires again, leaving me with no choice but to buy the correct ones elsewhere. So not only did I lose $120 on their faulty tires, but I also had to spend more to fix their mistake. He offered no apology, no refund, and no accountability. He even had one of his male friends yelling and screaming at me, literally in my face screaming and slamming his hand on table while my daughter was in sight, all because I was simply explaining his wrong doing and how customer service should be. The customer service is absolutely terrible, and they treated me with complete disrespect, disregarding my concerns and trying to take advantage of my lack of expertise. This place is unprofessional, disrespectful, and simply doesn’t care about its customers. Save yourself the headache, the money, and the frustration—go to a reputable tire shop. Tire Mart doesn’t deserve anyone’s business, and honestly, it’s shocking they’re still operating.

Brought a used tire , the same day it blew out on me, I had to get AAA to tow my car back there, forgot where I put my receipt, the guy that put it on recognized me from the day before but the owner wasn’t there, he said he wanted to make sure I wasn’t trying to scam them for a tire🤦‍♀️

I was just about to suggest my friends to go and do business with tire mart. I know the owner very well. I decided to read the reviews first before sending my friends over to tire mart. Some are good and some are bad. I have to go with the bad. Sorry 🤷🏽‍♀️ I’m not here to bash my friend the owner. But I can’t send my peoples to you until you step your game up. Step it up Tire mart and stop cheating folks out of they money.
