I Wouldn’t Even Give This Place 1 Star Because Of The Disrespect & UnProfessionalism !!! The Lightskin Lady At The Front Desk Is So Rude Even On The Phone When You Call For & Or To Give Updates About YOUR Vehicle , Honestly Once You Actually Go In Person You’ll Soon Then Realize This Is NOT The Place To Leave Your Car , The Attitude , Demeanor ~ It’s So Much To Type But Long Story Short She Tried Arguing Me Down Because I Did Not Want To Pay 900 & Something $ For The Problem I Needed Fixed On My Car That They DID NOT FIX She Then Proceeded To Say “ I’m Not Getting My Car Back” & That I Lied About The Problem I Sent My Car In For Which Is Stupid , Just Being Petty To Get Money In Her Pocket For Free & As A Business Employee That’s Not How You Go About Things With Your Customers & Honestly She Overcharged Me For Something So Small , I Am A Very Respectful Woman & I Give Respect To Everyone Unless Otherwise & Even Then I Have Patience , You Have To Give To Receive !! I WOULD NEVERRR COME BACK HERE , PLSSS SAVE YOUR TIME & YOUR MONEY !! This Is Not The Place You Want To Waste Any Time Or Money On They Will Try To Come Up With Lies About Your Vehicle To Over Charge You. I’m Big On Giving Others A Try But Seeing The Reviews AFTER I’ve Already Gotten My Car Towed In ~ I Instantly Got Skeptical Because They Were Very Recent & Here I Am Smh !!!!

Where do I start? DO NOT take your automobile here - find another shop! This shop had my truck for damn near 7 weeks only to overcharge me and give me truck back in worse shape than before. I have 3 witness that can attest to the fact my truck was running better before than now. They are trying to downplay the fact they didn’t do anything wrong —fine— I do know my truck was idling and driving smoothly when I dropped it off- draw your own conclusion. Not only is my service engine light on, the light is blinking!! All they are doing is giving me the run around. Stay away from Frank’s Automotive - you been warned! If you do drop you car off here take a video of the car running prior to dropping It off so there are no discrepancies. I’m reaching out to investigative reporter to hopefully bring some light to these tactics/consider other legal actions to recoupe my funds + damages. Horrible service/experience. The owner promised to make this right two and failed to do so. Stay away from this business! Advice: Take pictures and a video of your car in/out before you drop it off Get a detailed service tag (Description of the services to be completed) Write on the service tag “Total cost is not to Exceed $xx.xx”. Replace XX with the actual dollar amount Sign your name next to this statement Take a picture of the service tag before you leave When you pick your car up take a video of the entire process from the moment you arrive until your car is brought around Make sure you are satisifed before you leave Or better yet don’t do business here! If I could give 0 stars I would. This place lacks organization and communication! And they over charge for poor poor service! They have had my boyfriends truck for a whole week now and everytime he calls to check on the car they either aren’t answering the phone or we’re given a false time estimate of when the truck will be ready. He’s always just about to put the part on and we’re having to give them another hour or so which has always turned into another day! We will not be returning!
