I recently had my older Nissan towed to Apex Automotive after it suddenly wouldn't start. Knowing that older cars can be tricky and often come with a host of problems, I was preparing myself for a drawn-out, frustrating process — but my experience was anything *but* that. From the moment my vehicle arrived at the shop, the communication was top-notch. The team kept me in the loop every step of the way, clearly explaining the diagnostic process and what they found. They diagnosed the issue quickly and had it resolved in no time — a refreshing change from the slow turnarounds I've experienced at other shops. What really stood out to me, though, was the level of customer care. The owner made small but super helpful accommodations throughout the process including stayed later than usual so I could make it across town to pick up my car. I would absolutely return for future service and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and reliable auto shop.

I was looking for a shop that changes Engine oil.I decided to check other places before I came to Apex. My first impression the male customer service representative was very friendly. The other employees were also super friendly. One of the employee ask if I will like him to change the sports channel for me, I said to him am fine. Please don't take this in a negative way. Black men sometimes get a bad rap for their unprofessionalism when running business. They don't know who I was but I will certainly recommend this shop for any automotive service. If it's black own I am proud.

Any service will be done with reasonable time as one of their objectives is to get you in and out as soon as possible. Apex Automotive has always done great work on my Honda. I’ve taken my baby to them for spark plugs and to get a new catalytic converter put on, and they’re always professional and communicative. They have a really good no interest financing option that I was able to use the last time I went, AND even had a loaner car for me to drive while my car was being worked on. That took the cake for me! I highly recommend!

Soooo good! Apex made it easy for my busy schedule to get some maintenance done on my car. Very convenient, affordable, and accessible! Bonus points for getting to communicate with them by text— you get your inspection details, your repairs needed, can approve your repairs, and pay your bill all by text. Definitely will use them again and recommend them to everyone I know. Finally a place that isn’t tryna take advantage of you, overcharge you, or do too much! Apex’s team is top notch. In addition to the quality and reliable service, the service technicians as well as owner, are honest, which can be hard to come by in this industry. Getting my vehicle serviced is usually a stressful experience due to being taken advantage of by other shops in the past. My plan was to get an oil change, new set of tires and new brakes. Turns out, my brakes are in great condition and don’t need to be replaced anytime soon. Any other repair shop would’ve withheld that information to make the additional sale. Not the men at Apex! It feels good knowing you’re getting quality service from honest people. I’ll travel to Apex any time my car needs service. Great job guys!

If I could give this shop 0 stars I would. Don’t walk runnnnn away!!! I had work done about 6 months ago (replaced water pump) just for the same problem to occur. Ended up having to take my car back for the same issue. They claimed that it was something new but my thing is why wouldn’t you state that in the beginning (money hungry) So after I refuse their services they left all parts unscrewed and coolant was leaking everywhere. I ended up taking my car to the dealership. Ended up replacing the O rings and the water pump gasket, something they were supposed to do. This shop does not stand behind their work at all and switch technicians like it’s nothing!! Not good business. Good for tires and oil changes but when it comes to major work I would not recommend. Just take your car to the dealership where quality work is done! You end up with more problems fooling around with this shop.
