I had a quick service, however there was a rude male employee. I don’t know if a customer upset him or the heat but he was rude and didn’t acknowledged me as he got in my car. The oil change prices are outrageous. I paid $57 for a conventional oil change.

My experience was nice, first time coming here and I will definitely be coming back. I love that there was a waiting area and everything was explained thoroughly for me, I wasn't pressured into trying to buy the more expensive oil change I was asked what I wanted. Tim is unprofessional he was in his car smoking as if he didn’t to work my car stutter after 200dollars spent here don’t come here I had tire rotation, oil change filter antifreeze power steering fluid windshield washer fluid filed. The car stouter even idle don’t come here

I’m amazed at the knowledgeable people who work here. Each presented with full knowledge of their range of products. I felt good to be offered a variety of their services like air conditioning filter change and tire rotation 🤩 wow. And yup oil change completed within 15 minutes! This Company Has A D- On The 'Better Business Bureau' for a Reason! Horrible Service. They lied to me and said they performed a service on my car but they DID NOT. Camera footage revealed they NEVER performed the service. I should have known the company was shady when the district manager Angel had prison tattoos all over his body. Go elsewhere for your oil change.

I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube for my last few vehicles oil change. I really like the coupons that I get, but I feel like the service has declined over the years on my receipt. It told me that my front tires were at 35 psi however, before I pulled off, I had a tire at 20 psi The technician put air in my tire after my request. However, he only put 32 psi so my sensor light was on for low air pressure meaning I needed to go and pay to put air in it after leaving The last time I went to Jiffy Lube. I didn’t have a sticker placed inside my car helping me keep track of when to get another oil change. I accidentally went 10,000 miles over because I didn’t know due to not having a sticker. I feel Jiffy Lube service is starting to decline. At the start, they used to vacuum cars out check tire air pressure and now it’s strictly just an oil change topping fluids and sending you on your way out last time. I had a fluid top off. They missed a few fluids even though they say it’s a full under the hood inspection. I’ve always pride in going to only Jiffy Lube but now I’m looking around for another place that can take good care of my oil changes and that actually will do what they say they will do. I’m not disappointed. I’m just kind of let down a little bit because they used to give a 5 Star amazing service and I no longer receive it. I wasn’t going to give a review but they asked for one in a text message and in an email so I had to spell it all with no sugar coats. I don’t deter anyone from coming to Jiffy Lube. I’m just looking for them to perform how they used to perform a couple years ago.
