My experience with Cory was great and he was willing to work with to me to make a fair deal. The car runs well and they were open and honest through the process. The price was great and the mechanic I hired to check out the car told me it was in good shape. We have been driving it for a month with no issues. The rental started out a blessing but then I had a flat tire on the weekend. There was no spare tire in trunk. I tried calling the office and no one answered. I had the vehicle towed to the shop and someome changed the tire and couldnt fix the covering underneath the car. The owner said bring the car back Monday. I brought the car and he kept my deposit and and gave me half of the tow back. He said it was my fault and he shouldn't have given me nothing.

I recently had to rent a vehicle last minute. It was a very east process even tho vehicles are not brand new they were reliable. Process was very easy no hassles at all. This is a uhaul dealer in addition to the regular business. I rented a uhaul today and it was empty. I returned it how I found it, the gauge is in the same identical place and you can see the milage distance. They had the truck entered as being 7/8 full when it was actually about 1/16 full. Uhual is trying to charge me a $30 fuel surcharge for refilling it and $131 for fuel cost. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM UHAUL EVER. SECOND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE BACK TO BACK.

If I could give my experience an infinite amount of negative stars, I would have gladly pressed that button. I rented a car through Hyrecar for six days and today was the day I was supposed to pick it up. I called the owner to establish a time to pick it up and he said 5 PM. By then someone would have the car checked out and ensure it's safe to drive. I found that odd because shouldn't that have been done prior to accepting the rental agreement. I caught an Uber to pick up the car only to open the door and find a filthy car covered in stains, old ground up blunt wrappers and random water bottles that reeked of some unidentifiable odor and cigarette smoke. Also the car wouldn't even crank. The receptionist had to get a mechanic from next store to jump the car. How am I supposed to use this car for ride share when it looks like this? After canceling because there were no other cars available, I was told if I rent again, he'll throw in a free day.

All they are after is your money. The cars are definitely not worth the price. Run because they love vulnerable people. I have paid over 1400 for a 2010 Ford Focus that’s dented all up. I really needed it for a funeral. The $100 deposit sounds good but, it’s not worth the hassle. Go through HyreCar.
