Precision Tune Auto Care will always be my FIRST CHOICE! In a world where profits are over people, the team at Precision demonstrated integrity and placed the customer first. My fuel system was compromised and left my car immobile. When Manager, Tim, took my initial call, he was very attentive and ensured I understood the next steps. When the car was brought to the shop, they completed the repair in record time. I had not yet completed the sign in process fully when they told me they were successfully able fix the issue and how simple an issue it was! Most places would try to price gouge, or add on a couple "necessary repairs" but they were honest, dealt with the problem and charged the initial fee discussed. I was happy with my experience, as such, I will always choose Precision FIRST!

I always go to Precision Tune Union City GA for my oil change with every vehicle I've owned and recently for my tune-up. The staff is always nice and cordial! The receptionist even remembered my name, and had my information pulled up and was familiar with the type oil change I normally get which made me feel special. It was a great experience! The mechanics do an excellent job, they work fast but efficient and I'm always pleased with their work!

Everything i come there is a problem they close early . The guy said it was slow but according to there business hour not supposed to close till 6 . I pulled up at 503.last time I came he said oil was full. The lady in the front is always pleasant I must say so this has nothing to do with her.

I had a horrendous experience with these people. The female at the counter was very disrespectful and uncouth. She wanted to argue with me About my key being stuck inside the fob which was difficult to remove. I left it out on purpose because I know it's difficult to remove but she pushed it in anyway and when I asked her about it she told me I gave it to her like that. When I told her I didn't she became extremely agitated and continued to say I handed it to her like that. The manager came out and said nothing but just stood there looking stupid. Just horrible customer service

i asked for a simple oil change. should have been good for 5000miles and yet my car has overheated and now has major issues simply because i had the bad judgment of trusting and believing your operations. No work was done on my vehicle and now i suffer for it. Last time i will ever step foot in a precisions and if this is to become legal then consider this to be the prelude.

I am so devastated by this experience I brought it to Precision Monday 12/22/25 for burning smell and shutting off at traffic lights, was charged $828.17 for diagnostics and to do the work first that would solve the problems, agreeing to come back in a few days to complete work of the diagnostic evaluation. left there, but before I got home it shut off again and when I got home still smelled the burning smell. Problem was not solved, I was told I needed to complete suggested work, perhaps that was the problem. Today I returned this morning sat in waiting room from 8:30 am to 2:12 pm. Paid another $416.65 for completion of work. That was my 90% of Social Security check for the month! Left Precision and before I got home, car shut off again, when I parked in my garage burning smell still there. My S.S.I. Check is gone! I am a Senior 70 years old. I need my car operating safely. If you charge $100.00 for diagnostics it should be accurate as to what the problem is, this was a guessing game that Cost me my whole check for the month and still the problem that I came there for exists. There are. So many scammers out there that take advantage of people, especially Senior Woman who are alone. If Precision is not a scammer I expect them to either return my money for a job that was not done or get it done at no further cost to me. If not I will have to seek legal assistance from the scam checkers. I need help with this problem. On top of the nerve , I was charged additional $46.00 (NCC fee ) using debit card fee

BEWARE: THEY DON’T CHANGE THE OIL FILTER HERE So I only gave this place 2 stars because I LOVE the lady at the front desk her customer service is just the best. However I’ve been coming here since I moved to this area a couple years ago(the oil change guy wasn’t the same as when I started) but that’s here nor there…my sister took my car to a different spot this time around(oil change) and we discovered that this place Precision tune auto(union city) has not been changing out my oil filter when doing the oil change process…judging by the picture definitely once but could be twice from another professional mechanics (2 the guy that changed it and my personal one) point of view…my car is under the amount of mileage/months to get and oil change(-1,000)… We requested a refund for this and it was told to us that they would have to inspect our car first…that was denied because why would I allow someone that neglected my car possibly for 6 months (2 oil changes) to inspect my car again? Doesn’t make sense…upon talking to the “manager” over the phone we were told that my car has high mileage and that the filter would get dirty in “2 days” his exact words not our. Little does he know my car has a new engine placed inside the car so the shown mileage on the car does not apply to this new engine. We said okay well let’s put your theory to the test. He quickly said that’s not necessary. So I will not be coming back to this location. I should have known the guy was lazy based on him always putting the new sticker they give you upon receiving an oil change any kind of way next to the old sticker. Yes!!! You read that correctly he never takes the old sticker off just places the new one anyway but straight next to it. And more than likely he’s not doing anything else he’s being paid to do during service like tire rotation (something I always pay for) If you are going here…CHECK YOUR OIL FILTER NOW!!!

Terrible experience with the manage while trying to set up service, Wasn’t present at front desk when I walked in. Proceeded to continue conversation on phone in the back office with no acknowledgment that I was standing there. When he finally came to the desk, I explained that I wanted an oil change only. He proceeded to charge me for an air filter. I explained, I just change it last oil change and didn’t needed. His exact words were “if you can’t receive an air filter for here, you will have to take your car somewhere else.”. So I left. After being a customer for many years, you will not Make me get something I don’t needed sir. Rude and disrespectful indeed. Won’t be going back to that location.

Quick, fast and reliable! They do quality work and get you in and out of there fast. Went in for a simple oil change and it was done it about 15-20 minutes. Don’t live in this area and usually visit a location closer to my house so price was a little cheaper than what I’m used to, which I won’t complain about. I called ahead to ask about pricing, and the woman at the counter was very pleasant. When I arrived, two employees were at the front, both showing true Southern hospitality. They even gave me a better price than what was quoted over the phone, which was a great surprise. I handed over my keys for an oil change, and the technician brought my car back so quickly that I almost thought the service hadn’t been done but it had. They finished the work faster than anywhere I've ever been. Overall, it was an excellent experience. This was my first time at this location, and I’ll definitely be returning. I highly recommend giving them a try. My only regret is not getting the employees’ names for this review.
